On a positive note, I usually get hooked up because they’re always out of normal sedans. I’ll pay for/book a sedan, but I end up with an SUV almost every time. It really depends. I had a car rental agency increase my total charge after they screwed up my reservation — and charge me another $200 after I called to correct it. (Fuck u Budget).
