Okay, plenty of them did know how to use the technology that was up to date 40 years ago, but we’re in a digital revolution. Technology has advanced rapidly since then and many haven’t kept up. The digital divide is certainly real, and it’s not so much them being incompetent with technology as a whole, just the more modern stuff.
