Everyone approaches this stuff slightly differently, there is no true linear growth path, this is just the I See The World Thru Your Eye T-Shirt Besides,I will do this growth path I am familiar with yeah while “eliminating thought” is not the goal of my practice, once i am fully aware and present, thoughts become much less frequent and dominant in my mind. it’s as if awareness of the present moment starts to outweigh the constant chatter of the monkey mind, and it becomes easy to simply “be.” I like focusing on the gaps between the thoughts, and then making the thoughts shorter and shorter, and the gaps longer and longer. Is there a linear timeline for this kind of thing? I notice that I feel more present in how I act and perceive life (if that makes sense),

Unconsciously performing the I See The World Thru Your Eye T-Shirt Besides,I will do this action of being present still means you’re being present you’re just not using any conscious effort to do it The way that your mindfulness blends into your day to day life is kind of it’s own category one way to refer to this is “mindfulness in action” that’s a big topic I am not an expert just been dabbling for a few years. I’ll throw out my 2 cents from my experience and what I’ve seen / heard from others I would say that for a serious person who picks up meditation usually the first month has some initial muscle building of focusing on the present moment. Then by month three if you’re doing it regularly that’s when you may have energy jitters, visions, strange spiritual phenomena. This is the phase people feel their life is transforming.
