ofcourse anything is better than what we have now….. its just little concerning seeing the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and same ideologically and economically obtuse parties coming to power all around the world and what inevitably follows them i.e someone like javier milei BJP was the OG party that opposed the liberalisation of the economy. If we had it their way in 1991 most of us wouldn’t even be born. sustaining a neo-lib economy [as futile as it might be] requires a welfare state to compensate for its inherent contradictions common mate…… people are always frustrated and enraged and it is the job of political entities to spear the populous to the material reality of those frustrations rather than coat tailing on the popular sentiments just for power which is what aap does
I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt, hoodie, hoodie and long sleeve tee
You think some magical secular party is gonna come and fix all our problems ? Do you think any party will win in the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and name of secularism. Ask yourself why? i know dude………… i am as pessimistic as the next guy seeing the shit thats happening nowadays but people did vote for an out and about secular party for 65 years and bjp still only gets about 37% of the total vote, assuming that all of that 37% were hindutvawadis still 63% choose not go for the bjp even with the current climate i still believe that even in the cow-belt people might look past religion and caste someday with the right opportunity…. “There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen ” so we shall strive for that week or thats just the commie in me and we are destined for doom
Jokes apart, Kejriwal is much smarter than Congress party and he can do much more if he has a big party like Cong. the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and only way this is possible is if after 2024 defeat gandhis are kicked out and AAP merges into congress… bjp has poached so many corrupt leaders from congress which actually makes congress look a cleaner party than bjp… all they need is a leadership change plus pragmatic political and economic pov The Gandhis need to be fucking tossed off. So Congress can let of this EGO it has of being a “National party”…. And work with others better. It’s laughable how these morons learned literally nothing from 2019…. Atleast he’s being pragmatic and realistic, hopefully the Congress has a renaissance by 29 and the Gandhis are ousted. 4 terms for any party would be stagnation.

Ghanta, AAP won’t be a pan national force until ATLEAST 2034, and that to provided it improves as an organisation, at its current kejriwal revolving state, it won’t He will, or someone else will. Or I’ll buy citizenship somewhere else. Fuck Modi, false hindutva, RSS and BJP and special mention for Modi again. Instead of fighting BJP as a united coalition, these morons are splitting votes to help an already morally corrupt party which will do any dirty trick to cling on to power and has almost infinite money. Itni humbleness pehle dikha lete, to 1-2 state me aur govt. ban jati, fir aatmsamarpan nhi karna padta. It’s my random thought of the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and day. But I was buying new makeup and I came across setting spray. I used to buy the Urban Decay one. I haven’t got it in a while because the way cost of living is set up and the wages ain’t matching the expenses. I gotta cut corners where I can lol
So yeah I haven’t used urban decay in a long while and I was looking for setting spray that was a bit cheaper. But I randomly thought what if we’re paying for water and a ‘light’ fragrance to make it believable that it’s not just water. Especially with drugs store brands. Urban decay was awesome and it actually worked well paired with my Estée Lauder double wear foundation. So I know that the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and results aren’t going to be as good and won’t convince me that the cheaper ones aren’t 95% water. I had a sample of the maybelline glass spray. I honestly didn’t see much difference at all if any. I can’t be the only who whose thought about this and wanted to knowNot really. Setting spray is supposed to form a film over your makeup to keep it in place. You can feel this by touching it when it’s wet – it’s kinda sticky. If it’s not doing that, it’s not worth spending a penny on it. I’d check the reviews before getting a cheaper brand!
These include PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) and AMP-acrylates copolymers. Also, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid. The polymers work by having an evaporating solvent – alcohol generally – in the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and spray that leaves behind the polymer film to hold makeup in place. Other film-forming ingredients you could see are VP/VA Copolymer, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Acrylic Resins, and Polysaccharides. I use setting spray to blend the powders, set it and give my makeup a shine. If I spray my face with water, it won’t do the effect I want. I was a setting spray doubter until I started doing drag. Even with all the powder in the world, if I don’t use a setting spray my face will be GONE within an hour. It can be trickier to find alternatives that match up to the work of Urban Decay (I too can no longer afford it, thanks cost of living!), I’ve found the Elf Stay All Night & some of the Revolution ones to be a great alternative that comes close to hitting the spot. I notice when I dont use it – my makeup breaks up and wears off much quicker. The best cheap one I have tried is the revolution sport setting spray, it is amazing and so cheap. I used to use urban decay and switched to this because I was trying to save money, and the revolution one is even better than the urban decay. Depends on the spray! Good setting spray is worth it but other sprays are just fragnanced water (e.g. rare beauty one)
Not only does setting spray work, I tried that influencer trick where you use it as a first step and that does not work. I was using Skindinavia Bridal and recently went to Urban Decay All Nighter because of how popular it is- much to my surprise, Skindinavia was on the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and urban decay label. Excellent product. The spray bottle for Urban Decay seems a little better. I use Estée Lauder, mostly the Advanced Night Repair and their moisturizers and when I wear makeup I wear the double wear. foundation. I have always felt awkward with setting spray (I tried and kept trying, just don’t get it – It just seems like big water droplets on my face messing up what I just did, wtf) so I just don’t use it. The other day in another thread someone else mentioned double wear as not needing setting spray and I felt kind of relieved. Did the setting spray make a difference? If Double Wear (or whatever foundation you use) works for you without setting spray you definitely don’t need to add it.
I would recommend using a spray only if you have difficulty with makeup lasting throughout the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and day. For example, I have combination skin and find my foundation starts to looks separated/messy around my oilier patches after a few hours. Setting spray helps fix issues like that! I notice a difference if I don’t use setting spray. I’m currently using Flower because my budget is microscopic. It’s pretty easy to tell with setting spray whether it works or not because my face would be half melted off by midday in the summer if it wasn’t working. However, I do think this about other products like anti-aging creams or heat protectant hair sprays that might take longer to show results and there’s no easy way to really test the efficacy of using it vs not using it. I’ve been trying out a sample of the Tower 28 sos spray, but I keep wondering if it’s much different than saltwater. It’d be pricey for it’s size even if it’s more than salt, but if it really is just plain salt water spray then the price would make no sense. I wonder if I could make it myself every time I use it, and wonder if it’s doing anything that water with a little table salt wouldn’t.
I think sprays loose effects after awhile, used to love Charlotte tilbury and it was worse than water after awhile and switched to mill makeup. I live and die by the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and Charlotte Tilbury one! Keeps my foundation from melting off even when its like 95 degrees and humid out. Even if it’s mostly water, whatever else is in that bottle makes the cost worth it.The first option. What does it matter what houses my neighbours have. I can always just drive my supercar past poorer neighborhoods to feel good about myself The richer town near me has much higher teen suicide rates than the average/poor towns. The kids are ultra competitive and bully based on wealth. The kids in the $2mil house will certainly be bullied, while the kids in the $500k house will probably not be. The problem I see here may be that the $2 million dollar house might be a dilapidated looking house to be that cheap in such an expensive neighborhood while the $500k house is possibly a much more comfortable house to live in. In that case, it’s not the price of the house but the quality of my life that decides where to live in.
A friend of mine’s parents sold an old dilapidated mansion that had raccoons and various wildlife living in it for over 2 million about 10-15 years ago just because of the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and lot it was on. The people who bought it immediately tore it down and I believe it’s still just a vacant lot to this day. It’s one of the only vacant lots along the lakeshore in my city and all the other houses in that neighbourhood are brand new mega mansions that are worth $5m+. That lot is worth a pretty penny even without a house on it. I was more thinking “I would rather have richer than me neighbors” granted in my area 500k is average and the 200k houses are basically slums so all of those neighbors would be likely to have at least a couple houses that had drug dealers or thieves as occupants.
I care more about its location and function. But, the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and first scenario the other homes will naturally bolster the perceived value. It wouldn’t make me any difference it’s a free house I would be grateful for either of them but I would prefer the $500,000 house. I don’t need nothing worth two million dollars The old adage is to buy the cheapest house in an expensive neighborhood not the most expensive house in a cheap neighborhood You aren’t just getting walls and a yard. A house comes with schools, fire, police. It comes with a neighborhood. Are the local kids going to blow up your mailbox? Deal off the corner? If you have an emergency, how long until the police show up? How likely are theives to see your house standing out? And, at the most fundamental level: how quickly is your expensive house going to lose value in a bad neighborhood?
Fun local kids with easy access to deals and cops won’t come.and harass anyone? Sign me up for that neighbourhood.. WTF is this question why are so many people bothered about other people? Live your own fucking life and stop worrying about other people. This is what social media has done to some people. Especially with short form content now dominating the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and market. It’s sickening. I don’t give a singular fuck what anyone else thinks, especially my fucking neighbors lmfao. Everyone is trying to impress strangers on the internet! Would you rather live in a big house in a nice neighbourhood or… not? What a fucking stupid question 😂😂😂 these people are obsessed with attention. It’s better to have the worst house in the best neighbourhood than the best house in the worst neighbourhood. Worst case, someone will offer you top dollar to tear down your shack and build a $7m dollar home and you walk away rich. I just had this conversation with my wife about our house. She says it’s junk, but everyone buying around us has torn down or literally gutted the houses and built something totally different. Ours is a ’60s style ranch, and she worries about the curb appeal. I’d far prefer to not have the fanciest house on the street, if it was a good place to live. The option is either, do you want a $2m house or a. $500k house. So what if my neighbours houses are better? Why is that a problem for me? Easy $500k – Im not cut out tor talking to millionaires. I don’t act or think like them. I’d rather be around people more like me.
Wouldn’t that fuck up the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and market? I mean, yeah, you wouldn’t be able to sell it even if you wanted to. I remember some youtubers, like a decade ago, reformed their massion. Increasing its value by 5 or 6 million (or something), while the surrounding area didn’t increase in value. Making the property effectively impossible to sell. I own the second example, and it’s awful. To quote Gene Wilder my neighbors are “The salt of the earth…” , and culturally we are pretty far apart. I’m constantly annoyed by the noise and then yelling at their children or their badly trained dogs (all bully breeds of course). They don’t maintain their properties, and I’m forced to witness the filth they leave all over the place and worry if their dead trees are going to fall on my fence. I also can’t spend much money on the place if I’m worried about ROI, because I’m the top of the market.
To me it depends on the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and location and size of the house. My mom was telling me about one of our relatives who lives in California and owns a one million dollar home but it’s a one bedroom. It’s in a nice location but is only a little bigger than my $515 a month apartment. Not worth it to me just to have a nice view. And around where I live I’ve seen absolutely massive and luxurious houses for 500k and even less. If I were the type to want a big house, I’d choose the cheaper ones here. Well, I’d choose a cheaper house here if I had the option. One for even less than 500k. I’ve seen some 90k ones I like a lot. I’d choose the $500k house on the street where all others are worth $200k. Even though my house’s value is lower, I would be surrounded by people with the same economic situation that I would be in and I would probably get along with them better.
This is a toxic problem with society today. It is quite literally one of the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and characteristics of a mental condition known as Affluenza that nobody wants to acknowledge. Higher property taxes and maintenance costs. Or it could be that the million dollar house is poorly designed and you hate something about it, or it’s too far away from the places you go most often, or not wanting to do the extra cleaning. The assumption in the question though is about wanting to appear to be the person who has the most by those who surround you vs being fine being seen as the person who has the least. why is that house that price. I have seen houses that were absolute wrecks cost half a mill just because of the land it was on and apartments that were two million. its more about what you get than what the others have
Your 500 thousand dollar home would not be worth that, based on market value, if surrounding houses are worth 200. The 500k house could be much larger, the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and 200k houses might be 2 bedroom with small/no garden and the 500k house a 4 bedroom with large garden. The 2 mill. The other houses are keeping my property value up and will be more attractive when trying to sell. An “entry level” home tucked in a more expensive neighborhood is usually desirable. The other option is keeping my value down and people will likely be less inclined to purchase it if I try to sell. 500k house on a street surrounded by 200k houses? You will end up getting your house broken into a lot more times than your neighbours. 2mil house surrounded by 5mil houses? Your house will not stand out that much, basically your neighbours will be your security.
Running a 2 million pound house is going to cost. There’s no mention of anything other then the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and house. So you aren’t getting more money for living expenses. I’m going for the 500k. It’ll be a smaller house. With enough space for the family. Plus a $2m house would probably be gratuitously large, probably like 6.5 empty guest rooms & 3.5 empty guest baths with a swimming pool I only use twice a year 😅 What is the monthly utility bills? Bedrooms and bathrooms and square footage of each house? Which has better school district? The first house would have its property value pushed upward by the others, but would be much harder to sell. The second house would have its property value pushed downward by the others, but would likely sell above asking price within a week anyway.
Honestly I’d need to see real world examples because houses vary a lot solely on location. My house is 300k where I live but could easily be a million in an expensive area. Outside of envy the I just want to go fishing and ignore all of my adalt problems fishing Shirt and by the same token and 500k house could realistically be a better house. Looking on Zillow 500k where I live gets you a similar house as two million in San Francisco maybe even bigger. Depends on the city, neighborhood, my job, and other socioeconomic factors. A $2 mil house in a neighborhood with $5 million houses is going to cost a lot more than the $500k house when you factor in property taxes. My assumption off these numbers alone would indicate the $2m house has insane property taxes and the $500k home would have lower property taxes. Your neighbors and community will most definitely NOT be the same in both situations. First one, I would feel a certain way, but connection are connection, be the bigger fish is not always the best thing.
