Dowry is now another issue, but due to not holding a good degree from reputed or at least a legit college, they have degraded the I just want to go camping and ignore all of my adult problems T-Shirt in addition I really love this quality of work done in I.T. With no good skills they’ll work over weekends and work for 15 hours daily. This becomes their USP with American clients over actual quality work. The problem happens when someone with good skills comes in and has to lower their work quality to match them. Work ethics & professionalism goes for toss, people with legit degrees suffer a lot when they are in good number in a team or organisation. Lack of communication skills adds to the trouble. Most of them don’t have good english, neither do they know Hindi. So person who is not Telugu has to put in effort to communicate with them even in basic english. And when in groups, they’ll speak in Telugu thus isolating the non Telugu ones.

The colleges or universities they get degree from don’t even have a campus most of the I just want to go camping and ignore all of my adult problems T-Shirt in addition I really love this time. It’s just an office or a shop at random location. In Dallas I once passed through a lane which had a shop named ‘Texas Collge for technical sciences’. Guess who were they customer base. Also no one talks about the problem they have created back in India. They make the largest number of fake candidates in IT industry. They’ll have dummy for interviews, lip sync on video call interview, different candidate joining on day of joining. Whole lot of fake skill certificates & experience letters. Update: I was the one who getting isolated. I thought it was me who was lacking so I went to lengths of watching Telugu films to alteast understand basic Telugu. Only learnt ‘Chestanu’ which I now don’t even remember what it meant & the iconic word ‘Randi’ which means come. It took 3 months before I was loudly called out among group of 10 coworkers because I was speaking in Hindi with one of the coworker and they couldn’t understand what I was speaking. I was speaking about work nothing personal. So now I started watching Telugu movie on weekend just so that I could go back on Monday and criticise the movie to rile those MFs. The whole day they would be going on and on about how I don’t understand Telugu movies and how I was too influenced by Hindi cinema. How actor X is God and how macho he is. It was fun; fun level ‘When Jim riles up Dwight’.
