And then Disney decided Wanda’s only redemption was suicide. As a Wanda fan I’m disappointed with what they did with the character after WV, as a Strange fan, I’m so confused about the lack of enough Strange in this film What, the Bruce Campbell one? Come on, it’s Bruce Campbell. And not only that, it’s him doing his cameo as is tradition in a Sam Raimi film. I don’t really think that ending redeems Wanda’s character at all, seems very similar to the Wandavision ending although this time she murders a whole pile of people and burns someone to death. Darkhold corruption or not, they’re gonna have a really hard time redeeming her in the future Would Strange remember three Spider-Men on the Statue of Liberty, although their name and appearance is unknown? Yeah, I’m pretty sure Jameson still mentioned there being a battle at the Statue at the end of the movie. So I assume people still remember there being a battle there, but Strange would’ve met the other Spideys. He doesn’t remember who they are, but I bet he remembers them. MoM is prob the first movie to lead into Secret Wars. Other universes now know how dangerous the MCU is and how strong they are. The Illuminati universe will prob seek revenge for their fallen heroes and Mordo was also left alive prob setting something up for the near future.

Yeah this movies not for me, I do not care for that direction for Wanda’s character at all, she literally threatens the I Have Two Titles Aunt And Dog And I Rock Them Both Flower T-Shirt in contrast I will get this existence of the entire world, they didn’t learn a thing from the 2 shitty stories in the comics that butchered Wanda’s character and led to her being shelved for about 7 years. I still don’t see why they needed to make Scarlet Witch go full bad guy in this film. Her arc literally just sounds like a more violent version of her Wandavision arc, except she’s corrupted by the Darkhold instead of her grief. Edit: also member how people have been spewing that bullshit excuse about Marvel changing Kamala’s powers to make way and not steal the limelight of Reed Richards? Well I think it’s safe to say that’s bullshit considering his first appearance in the MCU involves him getting turned to spaghetti by Wanda lol. Yeah I would have preferred her to walk a line between hero and villain but she’s outright murderous with no second thoughts until the last moment. You literally cannot redeem and put back in a hero position a character that caused wanton destruction, brutally murdered someone by burning them and threatened to kill everyone in the world.
