I don’t understand why people are on so much medicine and most of them never do any physical activity. Exercise is my medicine. After a couple months it becomes a habit and a hobby more than a chore. You can meet really cool people and learn so much about your own body. Watching the weights go up and your body change is very rewarding. No one can claim you didn’t do the work and you bring proof of your hobby with you everywhere you go. That’s not to say I want to go every day, don’t let motivation get too in the way. The trick is making it such a habit that you do it on autopilot even on days you aren’t motivated. It’s the only time I am not on my phone, thus, it’s the moment I drop all my stress. After doing all excercises and burning all my muscles is really rewarding and being tired helps me sleep better with quite less anxiety.
