I don’t really see a skirt working with this unless it’s a pencil skirt, because personally I wouldn’t want to add more volume below the ruffle. My only questions are: 1. Do the sleeves stay up? and 2. Can you sit down in it? If your answer to both is yes and it’s comfortable overall, I say keep! Agreed 100%! I’d even do something crazy like some plaid pants and combat boots with something like this to add to your ideas.
