this is the I Dont Know How To Act My Age I have Never Been This Old Age Premium T-Shirt besides I will buy this only thing that matters. Any other metric will be end up being manipulated and ultimately provide useless information. If you are in the US and work for any decent company take a look at the employee manual. All that I’ve read have talked about breaks. Anyone that gets in trouble for taking breaks you don’t want to work there. The people who monitor staff like this that you are speaking about like to call their employees “Family” usually This is how my employer operates and it’s why I’m never leaving despite the pay being slightly lower than I could get offers for elsewhere. The annual bonus is big enough to offset that dip in salary anyway so realistically I’m making an adequate annual salary if you include the bonus and benefits

I Dont Know How To Act My Age I have Never Been This Old Age Premium T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

We arent machines and we need to step away and take breaks whether we are in the I Dont Know How To Act My Age I have Never Been This Old Age Premium T-Shirt besides I will buy this office or are home. It’s just easier at home. As long as we are hitting our overall goals and they are available when immediate needs arise, it doesnt matter at all to me if the team spent 6 hours playing video games on Tuesday. I’m in the Agile space as well and working with two teams. So long as the outcome is bring achieved in a reasonable time there is no real reason to watch the team. It seems those that are more output focused are more likely to “watch” people. Uhm. I’m an IT manager over two different data teams. I find our teams take fewer breaks and have longer days (30 to 45 minutes). And they are still happier because they don’t have the drive. So it’s a win for them.
