So I rented a sofa for about 6 months. The product was picked up on 18th Feb and I got a message confirmation of the How to Pisces by Andrea Figuera Shirt moreover I will buy this pickup as well. But for some reason the mobile app still shows pickup in progress. It has been more than 3 months now and these Furlenco guys have been calling me every 2nd day to schedule a pickup of the sofa. I have told them about 50 times now that it was already picked up and also sent them a screenshot of the message that I got from Furlenco after the pickup was done. These guys don’t seem to care and have just been reassuring me every week since March that by next week I will stop receiving calls. Sometimes they automatically schedule the pickup again and the pickup guy comes to my home and rings the bell(has happened 4-5 times now). Really don’t know what to do with these guys but they are surely getting in my nerves now. Today when the pickup guy came again I literally lost it and wrote a nice email with abuse in every line to their team.No. I raised the pickup request in January mid. But it was done on 18th Feb finally. After that they are uselessly scheduling the pickup again and again.

Furlenco is really shit in customer service department, they dont have the products in stock still theyre online on their website, constant delays in literally everything. Id advice to avoid furlenco that’s odd, I had a decent experience with using it in Chennai, this was a while back so maybe that’s why. didn’t have to interact w customer service a lot so maybe I got lucky. Should have taken a picture of the pickup guys including the vehicle which came. Always take pictures of everything important in life especially when it comes to services of people and products bought or rented from outside. Anyways send a mail to them cc everyone in their accounts, marketing and sales department with screenshot of message. I had an issue while returning my furniture to them even after booking the return pick up well in advice. They had some glitches and tried changing the pickup dates. I was supposed to shift out that day, so I requested their customer support – escalation team multiple times. They said that their drivers and trucks are held up and it isn’t possible at all for that day. Got the CEO’s email ID from google, sent a mail, and within 1 hour things were sorted and their truck arrived. So I would also suggest that you contact CEO / Founders to get this sorted at the earliest.
