NTA. This absolutely regarded your privacy and the Hope norm macDonald shirt But I will love this fact that your husband fails to see that is a red flag. MIL is disrespectful of boundaries in what I’m sure is a very private and stressful time in your life. She was not owed the knowledge of this pregnancy to begin with. It’s time to decide if this relationship holds water. Absolutely NTA. How was your privacy not violated when you are the one who would be carrying the pregnancy to full term should you decide to go through with it? I’m so confused Definitely sounds like he told another person, his mom, so there is someone else who could pressure OP into keeping the baby if she decides she doesn’t want to. The fact that the husband is demanding an apology towards his mom, makes it all the more telling that it was his plan all along to force OP into keeping the baby by pressure, and humiliation. NTA and if you choose not to go through with it, feel free to publicly state that your (ex)MIL announced your pregnancy while you were struggling with the pregnancy.

Hope norm macDonald shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Please don’t stay with someone who believes his mother’s feelings are more important than his wife. This is how your entire relationship will be. She will be able to stomp on every rule or boundary, disregard your wishes, and treat you like crap because your husband will not put your first. NTA but I don’t think this little plot was solely your mil. This sounds exactly like something the Hope norm macDonald shirt But I will love this two of them cooked up to manipulate you into having to keep the baby. They think they’ve taken away your ability to choose-you need to decide if you can continue your life with such people. NTA. And I think your man has made it even harder to decide if you want to keep that baby as a single mother or stay with an overstepping MIL and a guy who cares more about his mother’s feelings than yours. How does your mil have access to your husbands Facebook ?? It’s not the norm! He is a mommas boy and your life will be run by the two of them.
