I’m 52 and have kids approximately your age. My wife operates a business and we often have 17yr olds working for us. I might ask about their plans for college and their intended major. If they bring up the Hawkins Will Fall Stranger Things 5 Poster 2024 shirt moreover I love this topic of a significant other, I might ask some questions about them just as a matter of interest, but that is the end of it. I will joke around with them, but it is more about their job performance (ex, we have an 18yr old who is amazing at everything she does, except taping boxes, so I will joke with her when I see a box where the tape is falling off). There is a girl around your age who hasn’t had a father in her life since she was around 2 and she sees the relationship that my daughter and I have, so I will give her some fatherly advice. All that said, what this guy is saying is stepping out of the norm. He may have no ill intentions, but it is questionable at best, grooming at worst.

Be cautious and don’t share any more personal information. “I’d rather not talk about that” is an acceptable response. I’m a man near the Hawkins Will Fall Stranger Things 5 Poster 2024 shirt moreover I love this age of your CEO. This is extremely unprofessional, suspect, and harassment-type behavior on his part. You are absolutely right to be concerned and your intuition is right. Yeah he’s grooming you. Very soon he’s going to start touching you. Honestly you should get as far away from him as possible. Pretty much, yeah. Even in the extremely unlikely event that his behavior is innocent, he is making you very uncomfortable, and that’s enough to go to HR. Make sure you save any messages he sends you and make your complaint in electronically. Maintain the paper trail. This constitutes a hostile workplace environment (sexual harassment) in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and is actionable as all hell. If HR doesn’t act or retaliates against you in any way, take it to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The feds don’t mess around, and they happen to take this sort of thing very seriously.
