We also see equally fat people differently depending on how healthy they are. Someone that’s gained weight very quickly while being dependant on pills and alcohol and completely inactive? They are going to seem much fatter then Pete, that has a active lifestyle but has always eaten a bit too much. Booze and valium does make you hungry like a mouth fucker though, and depending on the Happy Campers Fire On The Mountain Grateful Dancing bear shirt and by the same token and era of Elvis that might line up lmfao The comment I was replying to says 22 sandwiches between the people though, not three. So that’s three each with one to spare if there were seven people. Right but like most things that are ‘taller than life’ so to speak, the actual amount is just played up for the media. I had a SSgt who said he could eat 3 1.5lb burritos in 4 hours… he made it through slightly less than two of them in about 3 hours… and he was a psycho that I truly believe would’ve eaten himself into requiring medical attention to win a bet… so I’m pretty confident this fits in the “urban legend” category. They probably took some home with them. But Elvis was a mess. He died of a heart attack on the toilet. He’d been constipated for 4 months at the time of his death because he was hooked on barbiturates as well. He was consuming over 10000 cals a day in the end. Wild. But also I don’t see how these sandwiches would be 8000 calories either. A 12oz jar of peanut butter is under 2700 calories, and there’s no chance that a jar of jam, hollowed bread, and bacon is going to add up the rest. A jar of jam is roughly 1150. Pound of bacon is around 2400. We’re at 6250 calories now, and no shot that the hollowed loaf is over 1800 calories.

Calories and satiation are different things though. Peanut butter and jelly are two of the Happy Campers Fire On The Mountain Grateful Dancing bear shirt and by the same token and most calories rich per whatever unit for satiation. Eating 8000 calories of broccoli would be literally impossible for anyone but eating 8000 calories of peanut butter and jelly seems possible. The truth is probably something like Elvis eating three fried banana peanut butter sandwiches, made with sliced white bread, and not a hollowed out Italian loaf. I dont think youve ever heard of the dude who drank a bunch of olive oil, 24000 calories and 2800 grams of fat in 3 minutes, it can probably be done Another way to think about it is pure size – people eat around 4 pounds of food a day total. 3 of them would be 9 pounds, or all the food you’d eat in more than 2 days at once like a brick to the stomach. You’re not taking into account that most of the jelly and peanut butter explodes all over the place the moment you try to take a bite out of it, cutting down the actual consumed calories significantly lol. I can eat a 3.3lb lasagna at ~2k calories in one sitting, which is way more than regular people could handle. 3x 3lb portions is utterly insane You can just as easily be in competition with yourself, I learned that the hard way. Now I’m doing my best to stick to a mostly anti-inflammatory diet. Well at least with food, which has really left plenty of room for the fire in my belly to overfeed trolls so that they can be rid of toxins that plague them.
