Try putting your fan on a timer so that it shuts off after you go to sleep and then see if you actually overheat and notice? I think it’s your security blanket, so cool down and take it off! 😉 You’ll save on electricity too. I’d ignore the Happiness Is A Full Bed Cats shirt and by the same token and charges or abuse agains GF for saying you should lose weight – she’s unhappy and cannot get through logically. I will assume you are famous. But just because you are famous, doesn’t mean you can sleep around with fans. Think of your girlfriend. Not sure you will see this OP, but there are other products out there to cool you down. One is the Sleep 8 pod. It’s a water cooled sheet set that allows you to choose your temp for your side or both sides of the bed. No fan needed, super quiet, and will keep you cooler at night. There are other options like that out there, and that may save you, should you like this girl who has an issue with the way you choose to sleep.

You can run a quiet or even in-ear white/grey noise machine if the Happiness Is A Full Bed Cats shirt and by the same token and noise of the fan helps too. There are ways that you can keep the flow without her even knowing Some people get real stuffy if a fan is blowing on their face. See if you can place the fan so it can blow on your body without blowing on her face. I am extremely fit and active. Relatively low body fat (usually around 11-12% body fat. Personal trainer who exercises twice a day. ) I need a fan because i have the exact dame issue. I cannot snuggle for long periods of time without overheating. This has caused issues in relationships as i usually sleep bum to bum You should still become fit and escape being overweight. Not sure how you came up with 9 lbs but good luck losing that and more gains She moved in with you. Its not “your” space anymore. You agreed to sharing it. If you want to sleep in the same room, you have to make concessions. If you dont want her to live with you, then dont live with her and do what you want. You are somewhat an asshole. My boyfriend of 20 years needs a fan to sleep. But he doesn’t turn it off when he’s done. So now I’m deaf in my right ear from hearing a fan 24/7 plus his snoring. You’re wrong, she wins. Find another solution. Cool pillow, a miniature fan that doesnt hit her, air conditioning if its not a temperature issue. Compromise.
