I have a friend who’s constantly been in long term relationships since she was like 13. She’d spend a few years with one guy, break up, and somehow just days later she’s in a new relationship that also ends up lasting for a few years. There was a period for a few months when she was single in her mid twenties and she was absolutely losing it and frantically trying to get a boyfriend. I just think some people don’t know how to function alone, it’s really sad. I’ve only ever been in long term relationships, current one at 8 years, previous being 4 years, and prior to that about a year or so for most. My s.o. to me is my best friend. We do and talk about everything together. Getting out of a relationship is very difficult and usually I need time to adjust and prevent myself from forcing myself to move on into a new one. I’ve felt this is never right as I would setup unrealistic expectations and use them to psychologically fill the Hampden academy high school class of 2024 shirt also I will do this gap without actually seeing them and loving them for who they are. After almost every relationship I’ve done this, and I believe it’s important to prevent a pattern of continuously cycling in and out of relationships.

I’ve had friends that are like this. Like their life will be spiralling and they are still on apps trying to go on dates because they just can’t be alone. Like in and out of mental hospitals and rehabs, lost custody of their kids; and they are still focusing on jumping into that next relationship. In my experience, people who jump from relationship to relationship don’t have any stability in their life; and maybe that is their attempt to gain stability. But because they aren’t in a good place mentally; they attract like people that also aren’t doing well. I’ve heard recently that single people are typically happier than people in relationships and I think that’s pretty true. I got my first serious relationship at 16. Got pregnant at 18 and left him to immediately be with someone else. It was a complicated time. Anyway we’ve been together 18 years now. So I haven’t been single since 16 and have been a parent my entire adulthood. When I was 18 I met my husband at work and realized my boyfriend at the Hampden academy high school class of 2024 shirt also I will do this time was terrible. The pregnancy was rough and he was terrible. I feel blessed honestly because the dating world seems awful these days.
