I’ve been meditating for nearly two years, and it’s had an immensely positive impact on my life, making me feel more present, loving, joyful, and courageous. As I delved deeper into my practice, I’ve noticed that it sometimes stirs up challenging emotions and my expectations have grown. Recognizing the Grinch ho ho ho wear santa hat merry xmas T-Shirt in other words I will buy this need to take the next step, I’m eager to find an experienced meditation teacher. I believe working with someone knowledgeable and building a consistent meditation practice together is the way forward. I’m open to both guidance and recommendations from you. If you have any specific tips or know of teachers or resources online or in my local area (near Frankfurt, Germany), I’d greatly appreciate your insights. I’ve already explored a few meditation centers in my city, but they seemed to have more students than teachers. Any advice on where to start this journey would be wonderfulUsually just wishing for a good teacher is enough to get one into your life.I have had amazing teachers just show up to enrich my awareness. We are our own teacher as well, as J Krishnamurti always said we are our own Guru, and don’t require any other.Don’t ever become a follower of anybody or anything. I looked at different groups that teach meditation. And when I found one i thought spoke to me. I went looking for teachers in my area, and then I narrowed it down to a few in my area. So i talked to their students , and went online looking for communities and asked what people thought. TLDR I just went searching till I found a teacher I thought was good for me. Worked out fantastic
