She’s moving to mine now and since its a whole new book of business I got in like 3 weeks from now so hell yeah im stoked Get your money back. I’ve been burned twice by similar BS with tattoo artists. Never pay until they’re ready to actually start doing the Gotfunny Don’t Mind Me I’m Just Here To Steal Car Batteries Shirt so you should to go to store and get this work. “Hello. I do not consent to your retention of my deposit. I expect you will honor our arrangement or return my property immediately. Failure to do so will likely result in acceleration of this dispute. I sincerely hope you do not force things to that point but be advised that I am ready, willing, and able to pursue this to the fulelst extent available to me at law and in equity. Please be guided accordingly. ” Not to be a shit, but most people, tattoo artists included, get uncomfortable with formal written demands. People don’t email like this unless they intend to go to the mat. If this doesn’t get your 50 back, just blast her on socials for being a scammer and let it go. You’re lucky it’s only 50.
