Because that officer also arrested that guy and i didnt hear his rights or the reason.

Theyre supposed to help ppl not attack someone joking. Whats next he refuses arrest and they beat him? Like we dont give cops the power to fucking beat ppl. The court determines punishment not the fucking cops. I’m not saying the cop is right for what he did (he didn’t give the kid a chance to back off) and he isn’t wrong either cuz the kid had no intention of backing off. Yeah it was a joke at first, but when the guy in green shirt asked him to back off and he didn’t listen, that’s harassment. Not everyone is same, if someone did the same to you swinging a donut in front of your face trying to annoy you just for a video then you might take it lightly or you might get annoyed depending on your mood, just like that guy did.
