Work is a chore, no one wants to be doing it and ultimately customers love to waste precious time and energy often through their awkwardness. So many employees put up with some terrible things from customers as well, there definitely needs to be more businesses and staff telling awkward or rude customers the truth. Especially rude customers. Sometimes people can’t help being an awkward customer but the good ones can at least acknowledge it, the worst ones are awkward and then act like they’re doing you a favour.
