I stayed in Kuah to avoid the tourist side a bit, and locals were so miserable and unfriendly. The island was riddled with massive tour busses, so any of the tourist attractions were full. We planned two weeks there camping and left after like 5 days because it was just too stressful!

Granada, Spain. It was a lot smaller than I expected, so I booked an Airbnb for a month. Left a week early.
