When he said something to the Francisco Lindor #12 In Action Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop T-Shirt besides I will buy this effect of ‘can I take that back?’ you could see in his eyes that he realised he just retired himself This guy has millions of dollars and you can still see what a pointless, meaningless life he is living. Rather be a decent man that stands with humanity than one of these empty characters. If you’re willing to create hardship and misery for personal gain then you aren’t a good man, you’re a desperate coward. This cunt gutted the middle management of Woolies and forced normal 9/5 workers to do manager roles and work for no extra pay but all the responsibility of stats, performance etc. he’s a slimy cunt and glad he’s gone. For real. I was at BWS when he started and first the weekend penalty rates were cut, then they had the SDA push for a vote on penalty rates for late nights, and when the vote passed they cut the number of staff while increasing the hours each remaining individual had to work. The net result was Woolies saving money overall while fucking people out of their penalty rates and making the job harder. Poor bastard, I guess he’ll just have to resort to cosplaying as the working class while sitting around one of his houses now. We’d have to pay for any of our product that was stolen or lost. They’d send us a claim every 6 months. Took zero responsibility for security and the ‘cost of theft’ is borne entirely by the supplier. Loss of profit claims – anything that sold out (even from a promotion we’d paid for) would have the daily average profit calculated until it was back in stock and we’d have to pay that.

Scan sales – if we ran, say, a “$2 off” promo we would have to pay $2 for every unit of stock that sold in that promo period. They never sacrificed margin to accelerate sales. Ever. They truly treated us like shit in their shoes. I recall a noon appointment at the Francisco Lindor #12 In Action Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop T-Shirt besides I will buy this big HO at Norwest and the buyer took his time. No ‘sorry I’m running late etc’. Turned up at 12.25 so I had 35 mins to do my business review and pitch new lines. At 1pm as I was still presenting he just closed his folder and walked out tapping his watch. Absolute pack of cunce. Great news – reshuffling the executive deck chairs will totally fix their price gouging supplier killing culture. Nothing to celebrate for us mere mortals unfortunately. He will be replaced by another extremely high paid CEO who will squeeze every single cent of profit for shareholder by screwing over customers. Move along….
