I don’t even tell my salary I literally just say this is what I expect to make for this role. I haven’t had a lot of push back on that, the Fontaine Ferry Park Hilarity Hall shirt but in fact I love this flip side is I usually know the hiring manager or am referred through my network so I’m not haggling on price with HR. I’m coming in to transform an organization not sit as a butt in a seats. Last time HR tried to short change me I was contracting in my current role. Gave me all the company lines about how good it was to work there, I’m like I know the environment I contract here and that salary isn’t what I’m looking for 6 months later got the amount I was expecting. Depends on the type or employer. I’ve had government employee asking for proof of salary. Private sector not so much. They shouldn’t even ask, in my opinion.

Fontaine Ferry Park Hilarity Hall shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

don’t feel guilty and whether they find out or not is beyond our control and not worth worrying about. i doubt they would ask what you are making, what they would probably ask is how good an empolyee you were/are and they wouldn’t even ask that as long as you are still working there as that would be highly unprofessional and could get you fired from your current job by revealing you are job hunting. so they would not likely bring it up. how much are you making at your current job is complete bullshit and is always asked by companies because companies being the Fontaine Ferry Park Hilarity Hall shirt but in fact I love this evil entities they are regarding their concern for your well being, ask that question just so they can under pay you and save money if they can get away with it. they have no conscious screwing you. if the job normally pays 80 but they think “hey, the guy makes 60 so lets offer him 66, thats a 10% raise to changing jobs, he should be happy with that”. they put a value of 80 on the position, underpaying you by 14k because they can get you to take it. so they are more than happy and completely guilt free fucking you out of 14k. so then are they then being fair and honest with you? of course not, but you’re supposed to be on your belly licking their shoe leather because they are the company with the job. fuck you. a company that gives you a job is just a vehicle for YOU to pursure you goals. they give no loyalty, you give no loyalty. they use you, you use them. they could make an extra pound in profit firing you and throwing you your wife and kids on the street they would not hesitate and could care less “sorry john, just business you know, no hard feelings”.
