The only way communists can carry out their perfect utopia is by flooding the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this streets with the blood of the innocent and the inept Tankies have the mindset of commie party members, they always think that the others would suffer. They don’t give a shit about people being killed. If they listened to history they would know, Stalin started to kill party members in 1937 and went on till almost 1942. “Chistka”, the cleaning, was getting rid of back-than-tankies. Like, they aren’t even communist either, communism if actually implemented instead of being used as a costume for facism or capitalism, has large potential for good, but tankies tend to exclusively support the costumes Nah. Violent revolution has always been an integral part of communist ideology. Mao and Stalin didn’t do communism wrong, communism is just evil.
Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt: best style for you
How are you going to redistribute wealth if you’re not going to cease it by force? Going back to Marx extermination of the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this ruling class has always been a thing. It’s just most communist redefine it as anyone who makes above minimum wage. I’m talking about fascism, several authoritarian/fascist countries use communism and/or socialism as a disguise, saying they are while doing fucking nothing actually matching it Oh like the Nazis calling themselves ‘’National socialists’’? Yeah agreed. The Nazis were indeed fascists. I thought you meant something else. ‘’Tankie’’ has lost all meaning, it’s basically a useless word at this point. I could ask 5 different people what it means and get 7 different answers.
My definition of tankie is someone who’s willing to say, do, or defend dumb shit in the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this name of socialism. It’s a definition that’s always worked well enough for me. Wenn you kill randomly mass of people, there will be definitely some guilty among them, but it is not what we could call justice. There was a coup d’etat attempt in Estonia in 1924, to establish a communist state. After it failed, some of the putschists were caught and imprisoned, the others fled to the USSR. Ironically, those who stayed and were imprisoned got political amnesty on the 20th anniversary of Estonian independence in 1938, while those who fled to the USSR got purged by Stalin. Can’t say I feel sorry for them! Whenever the horseshoe theory is mentioned, you can guarantee you’ll attract loads of outraged people insisting it isn’t real. It’s absolutely real, and every day brings more and more examples of it. Even if you’re a big fan of the USSR and don’t care about the Holodomor, surely you have to realise Stalin was the Red Army’s worst enemy? He was directly responsible for the disaster that was the Winter War, and the main reason the Nazis were able to advance so far into Soviet territory during Operation Barbarossa was that he had effectively crippled his own army by sending most of the best officers to gulag. Hell, Hitler’s forces might even have reached Moscow if Zhukov hadn’t been able to talk some sense into him.
About Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt
i love that he immediately proves the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this top comment right by declaring people he never met as trash for no reason except their grandkid hates stalin (maybe the gay flag but now i have to wonder if they think said grandparents also supported lgbt) Lenin as bad or worse than Stalin that’s a take. Also if you support any of those three that would raise a lot of eyebrows in leftist communities Violent revolution is an integral part of socialist/communist ideology. Stalin and Mao were true communists, it’s just communism is an evil ideology. Oh, look! A zoomer who lived zero days in USSR, let alone Stalin time, wants to tell us how good it was Well, my grandma told me a lot about that time. Pure shithole. Getting a small Khrushchevka was a blessing after “good sralin times”. That’s all you need to know
Say whatever you want to about Stalin: but you can’t deny he’s made some incredible strides in making Monopoly enjoyable/playable… A wise woman once said to me that if you’re not a Communism at 20, you don’t have a heart. But if you’re still a Communist at 30, you don’t have a brain. Seems to apply here. That woman was named eithef John Adams, King Oscar II of Sweden, or possibly thucydides. whichever it is, she was a piece of shit I keep telling you. The (actual) left don’t care what happens to people as long as they get their way. They’ll pretend to side with you, but as soon as they get their way, you’re disposed of. Given that most tankies are open Russian imperialists who support a hierarchical society with a wealthy elite and conservative traditions, calling them the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this actual left is extremely charitable, and doing exactly what they want This is why I don’t associate with commies. Everyone is “for the people” until they grab the reigns of power and choke them with it. Our country was occupied by the Soviet Union under Stalin. Occupation started with murders, imprisonment and the deportations of tens of thousands of people to Siberia (a big bunch for whom this was a death trip). About 7% of the population was affected. Old women, children etc pushed into cattle cars and driven deep into Russia. Russian ethnic colonists were shipped into Estonia to fill the population back. It was brutal repression and a clear russification tactic to erase our country and people. Even communists should accept that Stalin was an ass, just like even nationalists should accept that Hitler was an ass.
It really depends, cuz the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this baltics had a severe fascist problem, especially because of the nazi influence due to being occupied by them. It could just be a normal family, but this is just something to keep in mind whenever anybody from a previously socialist country talks about their family being killed, or fleeing, or having their property taken, or them trying to paint a picture of what life is like in those countries, while being a 3rd gen immigrant (looking at you florida). Stalin’s regime engineered a famine in Ukraine that killed millions. They also sent perhaps twenty million people to the Gulag, a couple of million didn’t survive. They rounded up 22,000 Polish leaders after they invaded Poland and massacred them. They almost lost the war with Germany because Stalin had repeatedly purged the officer corps and in the process made the Red Army incompetent. Stalin was responsible for the deaths of millions of his own people, and they didn’t need to be Nazis to take a bullet in the back of the head.
His regime did some pretty horrid things. Ethnic deportations and the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this recriminalization of homosexuality being chief among them. However, the common comparison to Hitler is just flatly ignorant. Moreover, villifying him in particular tends to usually ascribe to him a level of power that he historically did not have (even according to US intelligence at the time and after.) There simply were no dictators in the Soviet Union, nor in other Socialist states who frequently based their democracy on the Soviet model. All those Tatar Nazis! They sure did deserve it, right comrade? Same for those Polish Nazis in Katyn, and those dastardly Jewish Doctor-Nazis! I’m already looking up the work by Furr, Iris, Kenderssohn, et al. lol Damn, your kind are easy to trip up. Do you not read anything ever? Okay, opinion immediately disregarded if you’re citing Grover Furr as a source. The Soviet government and the Russian parliament admitted to their actions at Katyn
So actually, I believe you need to read up on it. I also find it interesting how you completely ignored my other points. Almost as if you don’t know what the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this fuck you’re talking about. Do you not ever read? Typical tankie, your kind would be so precious if you weren’t so moronic. I love how you immediately thought of Grover Furr. lol It’s kinda like running into 4channers whose only interaction with anyone left of them those weird Tumblr caricatures, and all they can say to you is “soy” and “purple hair” and “triggered.” God damn. Like I said: easy to trip up. Yeah, Khrushchev rambled all kinds of shit to grab at power, and what’s even more hilarious is that you guys never believe anything Russia says about its own history anyway. Unbelievable. Again, you’re not addressing my points. You’re zeroing in on a complete non-issue now. The Soviet Government and the Russian parliament admitted responsibility for Katyn. You’re wrong.
Also. “Remain on topic if you wish to discuss this further.” I can’t BEGIN to count the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this number of ways that’s hilarious. It’s delightfully ironic that you’re saying I’m abandoning the argument considering that you ignored my points about the Tatars and the doctors plot, and refused to acknowledge that you’re wrong about Katyn, so instead you’ve resorted trying to derail this discussion. Katyn was committed by the Soviets. That is an indisputable fact. Accept it. ‘’Nooo Stalin killed my Nazi sympathizer great grandpa!!! Why are you defending him???? Don’t you know that you have to debate Nazis on the marketplace of ideas and that killing them is bad?!?!?!?!’’ The sovjet killed regardless of who they supported, thats why these people started to see the freaking nazis as the ones that freed them in the first place. That shit happened before the Nazis even took over in germany.
What kind of ape mentality is that ? “Me like you because you think like me on topic” you don’t have to like EVERY people that barely have the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this same politcal stance as you ? WOAH WOAH WOAH Just a friendly reminder not all of us are batshit insane Stalin simping idiots. Just like how not all people who believe in capitalism are Republicans. For some reason I thought the guy was pissed off about people defending Satan and was like nah bro Satanists are based as fuck
The road is a narrow country lane, however, it has been discovered in recent months that my lane can be used to bypass an especially busy roundabout and shave about 30-40 minutes off a journey during serious rush hour traffic. The road is unsuited for heavy goods vehicles. It is too narrow, so if I am driving down my lane, I am unable to pass them. This results in me having to reverse for ridiculous distances (Imagine reversing for 1km). Blocking the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this road and speaking directly to drivers to explain it is a private road and they can’t drive down it. Additionally, I also have chavs speeding down the lane on quad bikes in the evenings. They get aggressive when confronted. I have contacted the police about each of these issues. Every time they come out, document the incident, and leave. I never hear anything back.Having removed 90% of comments that were not legal advice, we’re unlocking in the hope that someone has some actual legal advice to offer OP – if all you have to contribute in this legal advice subreddit is “iNsTaL a GaTe” then you’ll be banned. I paid for the road when I bought the house. I’m planning to plant flowers down the 2km stretch and beautify it into a nice nature trail. I’d like to keep it open to ramblers and pedestrians, if possible, but I don’t want massive trucks and traffic on it. NAL If you leave it open then I believe that you must close it completely periodically to avoid it being a right of way.
There are easier ways. You can put up a sign which shows that it is a permissible footpath, but not a right of way, because it needs to be without the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this landowner’s permisison to be declared a public right of way after 20 years. You can also deposit a landowner statement under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 which resets the clock for 20 years. It doesn’t become a right of way if there are signs up saying it’s a private road which people are being allowed access to. If you believe your comment was exceptionally high-effort, unique, or contained specialist information, you can message the moderators to request a manual review. I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns. They don’t want it, because they can’t afford to maintain it and bring it up to “an adoptable standard.” It’s a cost issue, rather than a traffic issue. Please familiarise yourself with our subreddit rules before contributing further, and message the mods if you have any further queries. The removal and destruction of the bollards is criminal damage, did they not take this seriously? Obviously they do need evidence, so some CCTV might help. I can see that some of the popular home security brands have battery powered outdoor camera models that operate over 3G or 4G, if there’s good enough signal at an appropriate point on the road.
If you’re being threatened when asking drivers, this is again a police matter. If you want to learn from the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this police (and cyclists), you can gather evidence by wearing a camera, or at least recording the interaction on your phone. The point of physical measures, as much as anything, is to force people wanting access to your land to commit criminal damage to get it, and that should be enough to get the police involved. If they aren’t, it might be worth asking them very bluntly what it would take for them to act. Please familiarise yourself with our subreddit rules before contributing further, and message the mods if you have any further queries. Put up more signs including sprayed on the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this road [no trespassing, private road etc etc including language to the extent of towing and fine] Additionally make sure you’re following the regulation of: “Private roads are roads where no public right of way exists. Residents are solely responsible for any repairs. These roads must be gated, unless registered, at least once a year to prevent through traffic, but this is usually the case all the time.” Might also be worth getting some insurance for it as you can then have their lawyers fight it for you whenever something pops up If you want to go whole hog get an ANPR system installed and contract out an enforcement agency to start issuing fines for you.
Is there a right of way over the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this land? If not, it will possibly be easiest to just put bollards up or signpost a huge toll charge for the road – enough that you are happy with the use. Payment would be made in advance online with ANPR to enforce. ETA: you could also use ANPR to contact the police every time to report the offence of a breach of s.34 of the RTA. For me it’s gate AND CCTV (multiple trail cameras), call police for any damage and relentlessly make it thier problem for that damage. Please familiarise yourself with our subreddit rules before contributing further, and message the mods if you have any further queries. I forgot to mention, a vehicle had its suspension damaged on a pothole on my road. After failing to make a claim against the government, the owner of the vehicle ended up threatening to sue me under the Occupiers Liability Act 1984. I had to shell out £450 to fix someone’s car, who I didn’t want driving on my road, for a pothole caused by some large lorry that I didn’t want driving on my road either. The duty you have towards other people on your land depends on whether they were invited (e.g. friends, family, other visitors), whether they have an implicit right to be there (e.g. police and emergency services), or whether they’re just using your land without your permission. Someone using your private lane as a shortcut counts as the latter. In that case, it would be the 1984 act rather than the 1957 act. The 1984 act only lets them claim for physical injury to themselves, not damage to property. There’s also elements about people accepting a certain level of risk when they enter a property and behave in a certain way. If you drive a car down a road, you may hit a pothole. That’s a risk you take.
I hadn’t yet added signs at that point, and the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this solicitor I engaged determined that on the balance of probabilities, it would likely end unsuccessfully for me. EDIT: Signs may have been added, but graffitied over and rendered unreadable. Can’t remember the timeline of events exactly. I strongly think your solictor has given you bad advice, you are not required to make life nice for people tresspasing in your property. Why not countersue for trespassing and fixed change access charge? Putting up a sign saying access not allowed, unauthorised access subject to fixed charge penalty of £2000 give you options. I assume some of the traffic is being generated by people using Google Maps or similar to find their quickest route. It might be worth visiting the Google Maps forum and seeing if someone can help remove it: You can go on and mark the road as being impassible, or disconnected, and that should result in it appearing as not a through route when it’s pulled through into the other systems. I can only suggest you complain to the police about their inactions. It’s pretty serious as they are now abusing you, public order offences, and this has resulted in damage property. You also have idiots driving around recklessly on your road so there are potential motoring offences. I would suggest getting CCTVs up on poles to catch the reg numbers of the cars and heavy goods vehicles. If you catch them damaging your property, take it up against their insurance and company. If you do catch company logos on the vans or lorries make a complaint in writing to them. Tell them they shouldn’t be using this road and that there are signs up that it’s private property and there ain’t any entry to it. I would also keep reg numbers of normal vehicles to compile them and report to the police and the council of anti-social behaviour. Even write to your MP about this.
Also, this should be helpful enough to have a trespass claim. You did put signs up it’s private property and it’s not for use. You’ll need a lawyer for that. It will be mostly a civil thing. The other option is that this could be criminal trespass. You have mentioned abusive behaviour when confronted and they still use your lane. You have said there is damage to your bollards. Seems to be section 6 of the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this Criminal Law Act 1977. Again, it states violence and I’m unsure if they are threatening physical stuff or using their vehicles as weapons. There could be section 7 of the Criminal Law Act. This is when the trespasser fails to leave when told. The defence of this is that it needs to be residential or the main part of the land that’s residential.
Honestly, when confronting them, get a body cam. Seriously. That is good evidence when they are abusive towards you. Good enough for the Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Final we want the cup 2025 shirt Besides,I will do this police to take action. More practical advice, buy a gate and good locks. It’s really the most effective way to stop most vehicles going down your road. It might not stop the chavs if they are determined enough to break the gate or locks, but it will be good enough. Again CCTV on the entries and also on the roads. Also having massive signs on the road is good and on the gate. I know you have put them up but make it hard for them to miss.
