Another victim of Lucy Caulkins. We all thought it was crazy when they took phonics out of the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this curriculum. The teachers who knew better tried to work it in anyway. I have a weird idea… some Tiktok videos of the teachers teaching teachers the “new” phonics lessons. It might show that we all are relearning the process of reading??? And it’s a “cool” platform so it won’t make her feel babied. This is such a huge problem across the US. I don’t have the details on the curriculum but I know with the younger years they’re teaching them to read by guessing based on the length of the word and the context of the rest of the sentence for words that they don’t know rather than teaching them to sound them out. It’s a crutch that is supposed to help temporarily while they gain mastery but becomes an inability to read as they progress through school because they never learned another way to read. When I was in first grade and they were teaching us to read we actually had flashcards with sounds on them. Both individual letters with the long or short sound over top of them and combinations of letters again with the weird little marks above them. We learned what each sound was and then we worked on Words and using what we had learned each letter combination was to sound out our words. Obviously that takes longer than just guessing based on the length of the word but you actually learn to read. One of the biggest challenges to education are these fad teaching curriculum that these companies sell to various school systems that don’t have any data to back up their claims.
Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt: A Unique and Creative Design
If you have access to an iPad, try Teach Your monster to Read. It’s based on science of reading. For yourself, check out The Reading Rope graphic. Listen to the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this Science of Reading podcast. It sounds like she’s a Fountas and Pinell kiddo. However, if you look at the actual science of reading, you have to hit the big 5. Phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and lastly comprehension. She’s frustrated because she probably doesn’t have the mastery of phonics and phonemic awareness, and it’s causing her to struggle. The ability once you’ve worked on phonics and phonemic awareness, it will make her feel so much stronger as a reader. It sucks that they still teach kids the way she’s taught, even though they’re supposed to “know better” now.
TLDR: Trump’s lawyers have submitted a factual appeal., however the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this bond to allow an appeal of the $355 million to move forward has not been posted. Basically they are trying to appeal without having posted the bond by saying the actual case was filed and prosecuted using a misapplied law and was also past the statute of limitations. Yeah, even though every news agency has run with the same headline, at best it’s missing details and context, at worst it’s extremely misleading. As another poster said, Trump is trying to get out of posting bond, but the law says he has to. And once he has, he can appeal all he wants to, but the interest rate clock is ticking.. This is going to blow back in his face big time. He owes 500M right now, because of his delays. He does not have the money.. The state goes to a judge and says can I legally take his shit. Judge goes yep, amount due is valid. They take his things by force and auction it off. If there is any money left over after paying his bill they give him that. IIRC, in New York when the state takes your stuff and auctions it off, they don’t have to give you the excess proceeds. It would be ironic if Trump’s lawyers were the ones to get the corrupt practice of home equity theft finally outlawed.

About this Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt
One that I remember from a bizz law class had to deal with a rail company and how they were sued and had a judgment levied against them. The company didn’t pay and so the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this lawyer went before the judge and asked for, if I remember correctly, an “attachment”(prob wrong for sure?) and the judge granted it. They went down to the nearest train from the company they could find and it had an entire load hooked up. They showed the paperwork, locked down the engine and the company paid within the hour. I think this was in Montana? A similar thing happened in England where a lady won a judgement against a high street bank, they thought they were too big but judge allowed enforcement. So bailiffs turned up at one of their branches in front of all the customers they started seizing assets, like computers the staff were using. Branch staff had to get on to corporate to settle the debt before the computers were released back to them.
Or that Florida couple in the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this US who had a house they bought in cash illegally foreclosed by a bank because they wrongfully thought the couple had a loan with them… so they foreclosed on the bank to get their lawyer fees over the subsequent lawsuit. This just sounds like BOA. Won’t type their name out cause, well, fuck ’em that’s why. Foreclosed on my friend’s house whilenhe was deployed and current on all payments I would pay some real serious money, to see video of him being evicted/kicked out by force, as workers and trucks are seizing his stuff. I don’t know what the hell is going on but Trump always gets the most favorable possible headlines, even when it’s nothing but bad news for him in reality.
In the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this 1990s they repealed the law against someone owning multiple newspapers and radio stations. This resulted in massive consolidation, huge layoffs of investigative reporters. Now all major newspapers are owned by billionaires sympathetic with Trump. Even CNN got bought out by a MAGA billionaire a few years ago. It sucks. Wasn’t that already addressed by an appeals court before the trial? It seems like they got a few things removed due to the time which had passed. I feel like this is going to be shot down pretty quickly. If upheld, Engoron’s ruling will force Trump to give up a sizable chunk of his fortune. Engoron ordered Trump to pay $355 million in penalties, but with interest the total has grown to nearly $454 million. That total will increase by nearly $112,000 per day until he pays.
Trump maintains that he is worth several billion dollars and testified last year that he had about $400 million in cash, in addition to properties and other investments. Trump complained he was being punished for “having built a perfect company, great cash, great buildings, great everything.” Trumps debt increases per hour by more than most people make in a week. Fun to watch, also kind of depressing because of how much money some people have access to, and lose, on any given day. The part that annoys the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this hell out of me is when those people try and tell everyone that they are some sort of financial genius because of their “success” Need an API on that so we can pipe it into a digital LED board. And then add all of the other monetary charges. I fully expect that come election time he’s going to pull an ultra-double-stupid move and defame Dominion on live TV .. in which case, I bet they’ll be able to use the Fox News strategy on him. So, the sticker price of his buildings may not get as close to repaying his fine in this case. Would be kinda funny to see that play out. It’s no secret that the dude is pretty heavily leveraged. It’s also no secret that legitimate banks in the western world won’t touch him because he doesn’t pay his debts.
There’s absolutely no way Trump has 430 million cash available, that’s not not billionaires work. No bank is going to loan him that type of money now that he’s been convicted of inflating assets. He’s screwed and will have to sell assets. Except, ironically, Mark Cuban, who does have massive amounts of cash laying around. He got into a spat with trump a few years ago over which one could write a bigger check. Let’s not forget this is the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this self-professed billionaire who went into a Cuban restaurant, told everyone he was paying, then left after paying for absolutely nothing. Typically if you’re going to play a rich person, you should at least be able to cover some lunch tabs. They’re at 0.25% of the fine so far. And they are collecting less per day than the interest accrued. Looks like his latest grift attempt is failing at least.
At least that’s what they think they are doing. Don’t be terribly shocked if the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this gofundme money vanishes into the pockets of the grifter that started it. So, while he can legally raise those funds for things like legal fees, I don’t think he can legally apply outside donations like that to the legal fines based on my reading. Legally hasn’t stopped him before. He will just go to court for using those funds illegally and drag that out as well. They’d rather give their money to a man who does not care about them and would sell them in a heartbeat instead of helping people in their own community. His entire 2020 campaign only raised 378M in small contributions, ie, individual donors from regular folks. He put in 8,021 of his own money. Not 8 million. 8 thousand. Bill and Janice throwing him $20, or $200 won’t help. He’d literally have to raise more than both presidential races combined. Those big donors aren’t going to be showing up and dropping 2k into fines and legal fees. Even if they do, he’s not likely to actually spend that money on fines and legal fees. He’s going to try and do the same shit as before. Delay, bluster, and deny. Except, the state of NY isn’t going to let him outspend them. He inherited everything from his daddy, who was also a racist tax fraud. Even according to his own dubious claims, Trump would be richer right now if he’d just put the money into the bank instead of bankrupting a casino, college, etc. It’s pretty strange none of the articles I’ve read mentions the $400+ million bond he has to post for an appeal. There have been several articles last week on how and who would even do it and now no mention?
From my understanding he hasn’t done it yet. His lawyers filed the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this notice to appeal, but the court won’t take it up until he has posted the bond and I think there’s a 30 day window for him to do so. Basically, this was the first step of the appeals process and either he coughs up the money or it won’t be heard. He’s not required to secure the debt in order to appeal, just to stay the execution of the judgement prior to appeal. He’s got about a week left to post the $90m bond for his E. Jean Carroll II appeal and he hasn’t done that yet. What he has done is send a note to that judge saying “I’m so rich I don’t need to post a bond, my well-known wealth is good enough”. *Donald Trump files notice of appeal. He hasn’t actually filed an appeal. You’d think for a billionaire, you’d have far more competent legal representation with so much at stake. He has a history of not paying lawyers, or most other service providers. Plus he is toxic outside the cult, and is a horrible client who can’t shut his mouth. No reputable lawyer or firm wants to touch that mess It’s not about money, even the D-Team lawyers he’s working with now have required him to pay a retainer up front, and if the retainer runs out and he doesn’t pay more, they can just quit (and several have). It’s about the fact that he won’t let them provide a competent defense. He demands that they put up the defense that he’s decided on, which has little to do with the law, and he otherwise doesn’t follow advice. If he would shut up and follow their advice, surely some competent lawyer would take his case, and this whole process would look very different. He might have even been able to avoid this outcome in the fraud case. It would have taken a defense different than “yes, I did the things you accuse me of, I just was allowed to do it”, the defense would have had to be “no, I didn’t do the things you accuse me of”, and then it’d come down to the strength of the evidence.
Al Bundy was a High School All American who not only had a full scholarship to the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this SEC school of his choice, but he once scored 4 touchdowns in a single game. Sadly, he was not able to attend college after having unprotected sex during the holiday break of his senior year. I don’t think it was unprotected. I remember an episode where they said the condom broke because Al kept reusing the same one. It sounds preposterous, but there was a guy when I was in college who didn’t understand why his girlfriend got pregnant because they “used the condom both times they had sex”. Not a condom, but the condom. He turned the condom inside out and used it again the second time they had sex because condoms are expensive. There were 6 places on campus where you could get condoms free.
I’ll just say a lot of folks make it TO college that don’t make it THROUGH college. Homie sounds like he’ll realize that Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard, so maybe he should drop out too. I work IT in a hospital. I have come to the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this conclusion that doctors had to be doctors because they are useless at everything else. No idea how someone can study for 6 years in a university and still have no idea how to do basic functions on a PC. The test consists of them sitting at a table in an otherwise empty room. Then they are handed a telephone book (it is an old joke). Their reactions are recorded. Math student: ” Weird. The numbers seem to be in total arbitrary arrangements. I see no rhyme or reason to this. Probably just a printed out RNG.
Literature student: “Hm. The text is totally unaccessible. Must be something post modern. I wonder if somebody has already made a play out of it. The medical student just stares at the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this book in defeat. He opens it, flips through a few pages, looks at the page count, sighs heavily and just asks: “Until when?” The joke is that the medical student assumes he just has to memorize the phone book because that is they do with all text books. It’s a Dodge Stratus. Of course it’s company policy never to imply ownership in the event of a Dodge Stratus… always use the indefinite article The Dodge, never your Dodge. It was a 1970s Plymouth Duster they called a Dodge, the exact year of the car depends on what episode it’s in. 71, 73, 74. every image of the engine inside of the car it is a slant 6 but they always played it as a V8 I don’t know how old the characters were meant to be, but when Married With Children started, Ed O’Neill was 41, and Katey Sagal was 33. (The one that always gets me is that when David Ogden Stiers started playing Charles Emerson Winchester III in MASH, he was 35. 🙂 Don’t let anything distract you from the fact that 58 years ago, Al Bundy scored 4 touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High Panthers in the city championship game.
It’s an age-old trope of a husband being turned off my his wife. The whole show was old tropes – the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this put-out husband, the scheming son, the sex-pot daughter, the temptress neighbor – they just went over the top with them all and it worked. I saw the actor who played Steve years back in Silence of the Lambs: The Musical off Broadway. He played Hannibal Lector, was absolutely hilarious and got a standing ovation. Recently, I was watching an old season of Roseanne and saw one of the producers was called Marcy Carsey, and that is when the true joke of Marcy D’Arcy’s name dawned on me. Only 30 years later! If you watch some of the early episodes, she is supposed to be the “frigid in the sheets, freak in the sheets” stereotype and there are several episodes where she let’s her freak flag fly.
They appeared around the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this time of perfect families like the Cosby Show (ew) and rich people stuff like Dynasty, BH 90210. I think this is closest to the actual right answer. Everything about the show is basically an anti-Cosby show. The Cosby Show actually had all sorts of “oh goodie sex time!” scenes with the parents. It was playing against the typical tropes of the time, not playing into them. “Around that time you had all these shows with these perfect families. The Cosby Show, Family Ties… I liked that we weren’t like that. We were more like an actual family.” It’s really concerning how many people these days don’t understand how story telling works. They seem to believe the point of a story is to be logic and realistic, rather than entertaining and/or thematic.
He’s repulsed by her wifely qualities but actually finds her physically attractive. There’s an episode, I can’t remember which, where she puts on a mask and starts dancing at the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this bar and he falls for her… Until she takes the mask off. I think he doesn’t actually find her physically repulsive. I think it more like he doesn’t like that he feels trapped by her. He got her pregnant and lost his scholarship and football career and future. Now’s he’s a shoe salesman and trapped with a wife and kids he doesn’t want. If she were anyone else he’d find her attractive and he did at one point. He’s not repulsed by her body he’s repulsed by what she represents to him. It isn’t even her “wifely” qualities. The problem is, even by her own words, she doesn’t do work around the house, at all. She barely cooks, even for the children, and only even pretends to do housework if she wants something from him. When she was doing stuff around the house, he was really into her. To simplify things for people coming to this a bit late, and save you from having to search through all the comments:
Al was a promising football player, with a future, and at least one if not several full scholarships. Peggy was the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this “town bike” type of girl. In that every boy would ‘get a ride’ with her. She was also a decently popular cheerleader. At some point in Al’s senior year (it’s implied it was her senior year) they began dating, and had sex in the back of his car at a drive in movie. Al mistakenly reused the condom they had, causing it to break and getting Peggy pregnant, thus destroying his college scholarship and whatever future he had, as he was forced to marry her. Married life wasn’t great for Al, as he quickly learned that Peggy was notorious for her laziness, once being described by neighbor Marcy D’Arcy as “the laziest bitch in Chicago”. She also had expensive tastes, often purchasing extravagant items that will take her husband Al years to pay for. Lastly, she constantly would insult Al in everything he did, effectively reminding him that because of her, he lost whatever future he may have had.
Long story short, he does love her (and vice versa) as seen in a few different episodes, but he’s justifiably sick of her living like a spoiled princess off of his very shitty paycheck. She doesn’t do anything except eat Bonbons and watch trash TV. Best episode ever, Bud wins a radio party with Anthrax and they eat pegs mystery meal, causing them to hallucinate. One week in Hollywood and made the Florida Gators won’t back down helmet shirt and I will buy this most of it. Also saw the live taping of Seinfeld in the episode where they go to a Nazi rally. Jerry came out before the show and did the crowd warm up himself. they didnt marry out of love. they had a shotgun wedding. gist they got marreid cause she was pregnant. shes a lazy stay at home wife that dosent really do stuff around the house and spends his money. hes in a dead end job.
