Interesting, at every step seemed like it was fellow Indians putting them in this position. An Indian YouTube, Indian agent, Indian people who received them in Russia, and finally they were sent to “outskirts” after which Indian embassy did nothing. Most Indians leave India to get rid of ruthless, unethical and greedy pigs and also the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this society which abounds in such people. This guy is a pathetic loser. All of his comments are either dogwhistles to racists or just dumb. Says some interesting stuff about black people, too. Check the guy you’ve upvoted, guys. Damn, you really are pathetic. The MEA declined to comment on the specific case of Indian workers in Russia. According to sources, the Indian Embassy has been following up all such complaints they have received, but pointed out that many of those who claim being forced into labour at the border don’t want to leave the country. Many of them have paid high fees to recruiters to reach opportunities abroad and do not wish to be repatriated without having earned some money to repatriate to their families in India. As a result, officials say their hands are tied, although they are willing to help in any case involving Indian citizens in distress.

Don’t forget the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this government’s failure in education and job creation that led to their desperation in the first place. Well you cant blame everything on politicians. To me politicians represent the sub consciousness of a nation. Else why would Indians who have migrated to countries like USA or UK or Canada, highly functioning secular liberal democracies with respect for the rule of law, but will support someone like Modi in India even though they do not even live here. At some point we have to start blaming ourselves for the $hit that happening around us and we are equally, if not more, responsible.
I’m not blaming everything on the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this politicians. I’m blaming the people who elected them. It’s a positive feedback cycle. People with inherent bigotry vote for violent bigots with inability to govern and malicious disregard for good governance practices in the name of “development” (of all things!), and those violent bigots worsen the socioeconomic conditions exactly as they promised, in turn emboldening the supporters of “development” who are in reality supporting violent bigotry at the cost of development. How much time do you actually have like seriously? Like i dont even think you are worth the toilet paper with shit skid on it. And here you are going through my post because a looser like you wont have anything else to do. Yes every fiber of me hates being an Indian for what we stand for these days.

Indians are getting conned into fighting in foreign wars as mercenaries because Parampujya Shri Gautamdas Panauti Ji has failed to produce even a10th of the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this number of jobs he promised. The fact is, Russia is a losing, third-rate irrelevant power, that is now making Indian “helpers” fight its hopeless war. Indians don’t see it but Russia is of no use, must be dumped. And I’m sure people will reply saying but they saved us in 1971. I am not that nostalgic, the past is the past. The future is what matters. In the future, Russia will only trend downwards. India needs to pick better allies and for once in its existence, make an actual choice. Being nonaligned is not making a choice, it’s a cop out. And a cop out that has no tangible benefits other than words that make it seem as if it is some master stroke of a mercenary strategy.
If India continues being friends with Russia they’re gonna be left with no russia and alot of western countries who aren’t going to forget with a plethora of methods of bothering India with border/religous/ethnic conflicts to exploit on Here’s the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this thing, they are our only ally in the UN Security Council AND our only non western arms supplier. Our biggest ship in the navy (Vikramaditya), largest squadron in the airforce (Sukhoi 30 MKI), our most potent cruise missile (Brahmos ) are Russian. We’re extremely dependent on them for oil as well as parts for all our defence needs. I think foreign policy wise, we’ve played it very well so far. The American pivot to India under Obama has not picked up any steam since the days of Manmohan Singh and Obama. And it is extremely unclear whether Americans/“the west” has the appetite to get involved in a serious confrontation in South Asia. You cannot predict the future. Friends are a rare commodity. Well done to the BJP for continuing the same foreign policy of Non Alignment.
You mention that Russia is the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this only ally India has in UN. So (a) You admit India is not nonaligned (b) You’re failing to see Russia is not going to back India over China in case a situation arises where it has to pick between the two. Worse still, Russia would never even remotely back India on a resolution that may potentially annoy China. China is too big an economy, a manufacturing hub and after western sanctions, the sole avenue for Russia to procure goods. Even then, it’s not easy because China doesn’t want to violate western sanctions either. China is smart, you see. It doesn’t matter if the arms supplier is Russia. Russia is under such a catastrophically wide array of sanctions right now, it won’t be able to supply anything in the future, and the weapons and arms it has supplied, it won’t be able to service or offer replacements parts. That is the reality of Russia.
Russian military products are obviously a sham. Old, don’t even always work and outdated. Why do you want to buy those anyway? The US has better products. And investing in the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this US is better from an economic and geopolitical point of view as well. It was a semi-pivot because India has always had a pathological inability to pick a side. Historically. Indians always like to dance around in the middle, no offence. That is not how the world works though. No one respects someone who has no beliefs and is unwilling to take action. People consider that a cop out unworthy of respect. There are no “friends” in geopolitics, only opportunities and rational self-interested moves. Your argument is based on nostalgia, not logic and the reality of present day geopolitics. We were “truly and ideologically” non aligned till 1962 and then we learnt the lesson hard way. It was one of the Nehru’s ideological sticking point, corrected later by Indra’s administration. You need to trade favours. That being said, you do not need to trade favours with only one party. We played USSR against US in 71 very well. We … still do this, ie, play Russia against US and West and vice versa. Its a really good position to be in. As far as China goes, we have multiple options: France and USA in UNSC. That part worked pretty well when we needed diplomatic cover fire before Pakistan was pushed into FATF “greyest” and UNSC was forced to take a resolution condemning Pakistan based terrorists, despite China’s very strong objection and threat to use veto. Russia is to counterbalance USA because, lets face it, USA is not and will never be our ally.
Heh, Russia has a massive warchest and is making progress on a number of critical technologies. It is one of the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this three countries having working hypersonic cruise missiles — something which we want to buy as well. It is one of the three countries having hypersonic glider — something sooner or later we will need. It is the only country capable of lending us nuclear attack submarines, US strictly said no to any country outside anglosphere. And for rest, it is a bargain chip. You can not bargain till you have an alternative. Not really. Brahmos has worked out pretty well for us. Its helicopters have been very reliable and cheaper. Its SSN has been a great asset. Our SSBN runs reactor which is practically a Russian design. Some of its products are now outdated but none the less we have more issues because we do not update our inventory. Even when Russia has better products. Remember in 2019 we lost Mig 21? The missiles on Su30MKI were not updated and we were having lower range variants. In Ukraine war, Russian missiles like R-37M has been extremely effective. We do not have those. Russia has done a great job of countering drones after initial losses when Turkish TB2 was causing them a lot of trouble. We need that capability because sure as hell Pakistan will deploy TB2 in any future conflict with us. Enough to say that you highly underestimate Russia weapons industry.
Its not a pathological inability. Its simply an impossibility. We do not pick a side because we CAN NOT pick a side. No one wants a rising independent military power in their camp. It conflicts with their designs. Will you like to see India going to war with and in Afghanistan because US demands? How about Iran? Will you like to see India going to war with Ukraine because Russia demands it? That’s what awaits you if you pick a side. We can not do that. We can at best get partnerships and that’s the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this best we do. Actually… we have picked a side already. Its ours. You seem to be incapable of measuring opportunities man. Here is the basic. Buy what is being sold a dirt price. I’m no fan of Russia either but one must go by and acknowledge history. You seem to be imagining that we can start from scratch. America may or may not make a good bedfellow either. Again, arms are the only thing which keep us sovereign. No alternative but we continue to diversify away from Russia. A slow process. Our entire defence depends on Vikramaditya and the Sukhoi squadrons working fine with serviceable parts. The parts are actually serviced in India. And we can also make them ourselves. But most Indian navy sailors will know and train in Russian for a reason.
America’s pivot stopped because we still haven’t signed the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this CTBT and rightly so. America is also a strange bedfellow. They trade in sovereignty. Again, not nostalgia but context. Where we came from to where we should go. Perfectly reasonable to say we should choose the US(which is what you appear to suggest) but that also comes with its own strings attached. While you attribute non alignment to Indians in capability to pick a side, I’m saying it has actually benefitted us immensely already. Phew. I appreciate your conviction in your own beliefs but have no time to explain any more history. Read a book. Never said help with vetoes equates to friendship. I pointed out Russia wouldn’t back India over China, to a point you made about Russian help to India at the UN. You totally ignored that point I made No I’m not. I gave reasons for why Russia is no longer of any use because of sanctions and its own reliance on China, India’s main geopolitical competitor. How can your enemy be friends with your friend? I thought it worked the opposite way? Only calling them friends and enemies because you called Russia a friend first. Complete word salad. Doesn’t even mean anything. And what does that have to do with what I said? Maybe read a few useful books instead of overlying on history books, I don’t even know what you’re reading to churn that meaningless stuff out. It’s fine, no need. Some people read history books and some people make history which is then written in the books you read. And the ones making history are not history nerds. I am by no means saying I am a history maker, merely pointing out that your subtly arrogant display of your supposed knowledge of history is in no way a predictor of your expertise on geopolitics, which is guided more by economics than history. And economics is something I know a bit about. So, if your logic is history is a good predictor of how things unfold, I’m sure your strategy will work out 100%.
Being non aligned was a very very brave thing to do in the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this bipolar world. Not a cop out. Would’ve been so easy for India to formally align with Russia. Nasser Tito and Nehru were absolute champions for managing this and carrying the message of peace through the non alignment movement. It’s precisely because of India’s disastrous economic state post independence that being nonaligned did not make any sense. It was in my opinion, one of the worst mistakes india ever made along with not getting rid of obsolete colonial era laws and having an Indian centric constitution. When you don’t have a solid economy, why would you want to be nonaligned? If you’re as big as India, surrounded with warlike neighbours in the midst of a Cold War, being nonaligned makes no sense. That is precisely when you want to align with someone, so you develop better trade relations, get foreign aid and get military assistance.
When you’re a solid economy, that is when you should be nonaligned. But even then, you’re not nonaligned, you are your own alignment. People align around you. In the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this current world, China and the US are the two poles, and countries have aligned around those two countries. Most of your arguments are based on a nostalgic yearning for the old days and most people I have to say are not willing to admit it was a blunder. I always hear “peace,” “global south,” “Nehru.” I mean that’s all well and good, but where’s the realism? And at least admit India remained a poor country even after the Cold War ended. So how did nonalignment help? You expect India to be a solid economy 3 years after becoming a republic? Which bloc would you have joined to get the economy going? India has made some massive mistakes but this was something we got spot on. Russia helped us out significantly in the wars with Pakistan and infamously prevented US involvement when East Pakistan became Bangladesh. America did the same covertly with Pakistan.
The world was a different place. Only countries that benefitted from alignment with America were white European, Japan(almost forced), Israel(hardly a country then) and may be South Korea and Taiwan. Edit: Also to add that aligning with America, we would’ve had to sign the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this non proliferation treaty (keeping us from becoming a nuclear power) and the comprehensive test ban treaty (keeping us from having nuclear tests). We have our sovereignty because we had the foresight to remain non aligned. That’s a good mini-essay you wrote without addressing anything I said. And made stuff up that I claimed I expected India to have become an economic powerhouse. That is why I find having these conversations here so pointless. I don’t want a history lesson. And I’m asking you to use your imagination which is obviously so constrained by your inability to for a second ignore the minuscule help then Soviets provided and consider an alternate path history could’ve followed. It’s fine, you keep pretending Russia is all powerful. When your failed logic doesn’t work out, I’m sure you’ll make up some other weird explanation for why that happened. That is the story of India. He said while not addressing my point above himself. The irony. Get a history lesson mate, you won’t have to imagine. Peace.
You think that imperialist US of that era would have been a better ally? South American “allies” of USA had disastrous consequences thanks to that alignment. Those are tiny countries that had guerrilla factions conspiring with the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this Soviets which resulted in CIA ops in the region. The US has had the Monroe Doctrine, which it’s followed stringently, and according to the doctrine, no one apart from the US encroaches on US backyard. And other US allies didn’t, so your point doesn’t apply universally either. And if you’re saying the US’ “imperialism” is what you have an issue with, you should have a greater issue with India having decent relations with the UK postwar. The UK is the country that messed India up. And the US is also the one that pressured the UK to give up its colonies. Not saying the US was responsible for Indian independence, but American presidents did abhor the idea of colonialism. Sure, the US has its own history so it could’ve been more so a geopolitical tactic, but the UK was pressured by the US, that is a fact. Meanwhile, Soviets encroached on countries they captured post WW2. So neither side has a rosy history. I didn’t say India should’ve allied with the US completely. I’m saying if that had happened, India could’ve benefitted from it in ways maybe more tangible than benefits from Soviets. Besides, present day Russia can be of no help so should be stepped aside progressively.
You would still have a huge risk of ending up like South America though. Communism was a very influential movement at that time and Russia, Pakistan and China would have supported maoist factions, leading to similar issues. It’s good that you recognise that it was not good being too close to the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this US, but doing so is not easy. They put immense pressure on allies and India was not strong enough to maintain such dynamic. And mf stay allies with nations who cannot even sustain themselfs or are downright useless while everyone starts distrusting you more and more when you can never make a decision, and when we really need a ally to help. No one will stand for us and cop out just like we did. Let’s put it this way if India and China ever have a war you want American weapons not Russian. Those were good enough up until the 1980s but the CCP has modernised relentlessly. India’s main issue is that it’s still a colony of the Western elites (they control the top leaders in the background), and India refuses to halt it’s own “brain drain”- All of the top talent has gone overseas and doesn’t contribute.
On the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this other hand, China has managed to use the skills of its Diaspora and has modernized tremendously. India should be making it’s own defense systems along with enforcing law and order internally (India is currently a lawless society and this is probably the most major obstacle moving forward). BTW, not it is not just Indians. There was an article about Nepalis doing the same – joining to earn to fight from both sides.. and coming back in body-bags Forced yeah, but really who thinks it is a great idea to travel to a country with an active war for work leaving a country which is at peace? If they had better economic opportunities here, they would have thought more before heading to Russia in the midst of a war.
in buying the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this company, Walmart touted the potential to boost its ad business through Vizio’s SmartCast Operating System, which allows users to stream free ad-supported content on their TVs. Really sad to see that acquiring a television manufacturer is touted as a boost to Walmart’s advertising business. The problem is being a dumb TV is getting harder and harder these days outside of commercial display or PC Monitor – both which are quite expensive for most shoppers. Maybe people will finally realize why these TV’s are so cheap which is because they are being subsidized by the data they can sell off to the highest bidder. You can simply air gap it. Don’t let it connect to your network during the initial setup (or block it in your router settings) and use a 3rd party device like a Firestick. Edit: nobody is going to PiHole their fucking home when the average user doesn’t even understand basic networking. Susan from Milwaukee isn’t going to do this, so it’s easier to just tell her not to update her smart TV’s OS from the factory. Air gapping smart TVs removes an unnecessary UI which slows down the whole experience. Keep the TV dumb and use another input. It’s a nightmare to use a modern smart TV with all its bloatware. My in laws opted for this and it takes FOREVER to launch an app and the whole UX is extremely laggy. Firesticks are just as bad – they’re now auto playing video ads when you turn them on. Got an AppleTV a while back and there haven’t been any ads yet.
I have been using Google TV for years now and never see ads. I’ve enjoyed it so much I have one for every TV in my house as all I do is streaming now. Same. It works pretty flawlessly, especially combined with other Google products. My wife loves the Florida Gators National Championship 2025 Mascot Run Shirt so you should to go to store and get this hub max in the kitchen while cooking, she can watch TV and have 10000 different timers going at the same time. The only ads I’ve seen on AppleTV has been for AppleTv content, and it’s pretty unobtrusive and easy to ignore. No full screen video. It’s something I’ve definitely considered when i do buy a TV. But what does happen if you actually let it do a first time set up and update etc, then clear your wifi settings? Do they actively nag you to reconnect during active use?
