You did the Flex on them she Hulk flex shirt Furthermore, I will do this right thing, not only could he not cook for himself he made a gigantic mess which you most likely would have to clean up on your own birthday! If you had stayed with him you would have to cook and clean for him for the rest of your life. If he can’t cook it’s his responsibility to learn, and definitely not your responsibility to teach him. He definitely showed signs of weaponized incompetence. Not being able to cook isn’t that big a deal. Except in a relationship where one partner wants to share responsibility and the other partner refuses to learn. You were with him for 8 months in all that time he never made an effort to learn how to cook anything? I taught myself how to cook starting at 12 before youtube existed, when you had to pull recipes out of books.

He also makes no attempt to pick up after himself, vacuum, clean the Flex on them she Hulk flex shirt Furthermore, I will do this bathrooms, or do laundry? If perhaps he contributed financially in such a way you didn’t need to work 60 hours a week (and you wanted that) it would be marginally acceptable. But under the circumstances you should absolutely leave him. This is more than him not cooking. He wouldn’t contribute to household chores no relationship can thrive without an agreed upon division of labor This sounds more like a “won’t” situation. Especially when it extends to so many other things around the house. Best of luck to him finding someone for whom that’s not a deal breaker, but it absolutely can be for you. Dude needs to learn how to function in a partnership. You should date an adult, not a child. My five year old is more capable than what you’ve described. He wanted a mommy, not a gf.
