It’s really not common. In over five years, I’ve only checked that box for one guest. Most of us don’t mind a little mess left behind and things like that. Destruction of property, unauthorized guests, significant rule breaking – those are the Don’t tell me what to do you’re not my dog shirt it is in the first place but things that will get that box ticked. I mean yeah but if you stay at enough places ppl will mention things like that- most ppl accept normal human failings though…if you read my reviews you can see quite clearly I’m a nice, pleasant guest but if you are completely OCD and expect perfection I’m probably not the guest for you Dude, that’s not a “human failing”. Don’t apologize for bad hosts like that – they run a hotel, they should do most of the cleaning. Yah but that feels deceitful to start a new account and I have lots of great reviews I dunno I would rather resolve this account

If you’re trying to book local, last minute, or for a single night, that might be the Don’t tell me what to do you’re not my dog shirt it is in the first place but reason. I allow auto-book, but I’ve had a few guests lately saying that they couldn’t because they were flagged as a party risk, so I had to manually approve them, and they did not throw a party, but they were local, last minute and single night guests. According to Airbnb support (for what it’s worth) a newer account making a lot of booking requests is also a risk. Maybe they took time to review so that you can’t host a party and make the whole neighborhood hate your airbnb host just yet. Be patient OP I can see that review: “Terrible guest – left cups in sink, did not stack them like at a cup stacking competition. Also did not come to my personal residence and clean it too – avoid”. This used to happen to me too, just put the name of the home in google and they likely have it listed somewhere else, especially Vrbo. You won’t get any problems booking there.
