Well most of the Dog Joyful Season merry Christmas shirt in contrast I will get this super wealthy don’t give a shit. That’s the main reason. The gates foundation does a lot of work in Africa, but it seems more focused on medical care. They do a lot for HIV and more recently TB. Sadly its simply not profitable. Many of these worlds wealthy/corporation/governments are driven by capitalism, otherwise they’ll go bankrupt. While drilling wells may be good morally, its not a good investment financially, except for Mr.Beast. He has made himself a position where these expensive attention grabbing charitable acts is his business. All the publicity ties into his youtude/streaming channels and its making him rich. I’m a little tired of people asking why billionaires aren’t doing more to help the world. Is that what we want? To rely on the very rich to address the world’s problems? Maybe it might be better to tax these people appropriately, send aid to poorly development parts of the world, and let them decide what is best for their people? Making videos about how you’re solving anything by drilling a handful of wells and walking away is easy. The hard work is sticking around for years to make sure the program is effectively meeting its goals and correcting things as they need addressing. Billionaires are not good at this, governments are. Basic answer: Mr. Beast is the only person with the resources to do a philanthropic project like this who can also actually see a profit from it.

Dog Joyful Season merry Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Every other NGO or extremely wealthy person basically has no business-related reason to dig 100 wells in Africa except for the Dog Joyful Season merry Christmas shirt in contrast I will get this good of the people, maybe a bit of PR and thats it. For Mr. Beast, its actually super on-brand and directly contributes to his viewership, and by extension his profits. Yes, 100 wells won’t help every village. But that was just 1 person. If 100 people built 100 wells each.. or if 500 people build 100 wells each… you get it? The point is that someone like Bill Gates is treating malaria which kills millions of people, working on providing toilets that don’t need to flush to bring sanitation to millions of people, working on transporting medicines that need to be kept at subzero temperatures into the fucking bush of Africa and this OP is saying “why doesn’t he build 100 wells”.
