Plus litigation could take upwards of a year to filter through the Doctor Strange T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this courts. This isnt to say its not a worthwhile endeavor, but it’s certainly a lot of effort for low reward. ah shit. I just accepted my jobs offer when i got rejected this past month when they learned i was job hunting. It’s not always a bad decision. I did the same thing about two years ago, and used an offer from another company to not only get the raise I had been denied (and then some), but also to get them to agree to add another person to my team and to fix the communication issues with my supervisor. Granted I’m now hunting again for different reasons, but I got everything I asked for, and a better working environment, for two years. I really think it depends, and you know your company better than anyone on here does. And hey if it turns out poorly you can always start looking again

Doctor Strange T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

After 2 years of asking for a raise and being told they don’t have it in the Doctor Strange T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this budget, my boss basically told me there was nothing I could do to get a raise, so I started looking for other jobs. When I told them I got an offer from one of their competitors, suddenly there was an extra $25+k in the budget for me. When I told them that I would need to be offered a MINIMUM of $70k to even begin considering staying, guess what they offered…yup, $70k. That showed me that while they did really want me to stay, they were only ever willing to do the bare minimum for me. Even though $70k was more than the competitors offer, it was too little too late, and I got out of there. I agree that it’s probably a bad idea to take such an offer, but you should definitely try and get one because you can use it as leverage to get the new job to increase their offer.
