It could be, I heard somewhere shrooms can be a life changer. Just having a single trip completely took away the Disney Donald Cartoon Shirt besides I will buy this fear of death from a terminal cancer patient. Unfortunately it’s illegal in my country so I can’t try it now. How the hell you’all manage to do this? I try and meditate but nothing 🙁 I started with all this 2 months ago though I think it’s not something you should compare with somebody else, it’s your own journey and things will happen eventually. Because you are on the right path. You don’t need to rush. It can be said with everything in life. I used to compare myself with others and get discouraged a lot. But once I decided to only compare myself with who I was before, I constantly felt better. All I see is how far I got better. I always look forward and get excited for the blighter future.

Disney Donald Cartoon Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

My current life isn’t really a pleasant thing to somebody else. I can confidently say they will be depressed instantly if they were in my shoes lol. But I’m actually having the Disney Donald Cartoon Shirt besides I will buy this best moment of my life right now. It’s all a matter of perspective! One of the thing helped me is listening to positive, encouraging, insightful words before meditation. Just like this video as an example. He helped me a ton. Negative words can make you feel negative. That’s why surrounding yourself with toxic people is a big problem. So I said why not listen to positive words to feed a good things to my brain? It seems to have worked. Daily journaling also helped me. Almost all the self awareness happened while journaling or during the day and not while meditation. There are little to no thoughts while meditation. I do body scan meditation so all I feel is the sensations of the body.
