Because white is a very very wide rangine category that involves so many people it’s impossible to really dial it down to one specific culture. And italian american is a white american but may have a much different culture than a greek american. When I think white american culture i think pick up truck, middle america, casserole and taylor swift. I’m a black dude from nyc so white here usually is italian, irish, romanian etc and they all have different cultures from each other.
