Try being a woman who is a true size 0 in America now. They don’t make clothes anymore for women of my size. I have to buy everything from overseas shops who still make clothing in my measurements Isn’t it so strange? I bought a 00 at JCrew recently…no way, absolutely not, I am not a 00. Sure, I am small, but not 00 small. A size 0-2 should not fit like a “trash bag,” as you said. I kept thinking, if I’m wearing a 00, what about the DeLorean Blueprints Shirt in addition I really love this women that are smaller than me?! Can they just…not shop here? Yeah I agree, vanity sizing is crazy! I’m 5’3 and 114 lbs or so and I’ve been this same size for 20 years. I used to wear about a size 3 (varied between 2, 3, and 4 basically) and now I am a size 0 or 1. It’s wild. In Europe, I’m still a size 4. Never thought I would go down in size and be buying 00s and XS instead of 2s and Smalls as I got older, but here I am! And there are tons of ladies out there who are way smaller than me! I don’t know where they shop – JRs departments maybe? It blows me away when I got pick up my kids from elementary school just how many of the kids weigh more than I do, a 5’9” adult.
