They had Oden’s VA back in the Zou arc, saying his signature catchphrase and they brought him back in Wano arc More like (for me at least), I didn’t equate the “Punk” part of the name “Punk Hazard” with Vegapunk until PH was mentioned recent-ishly. When Oda makes silhouettes that end up not giving anything away its a L and he should just avoid doing it as it makes the story look kinda cheap.

He hasn’t had any problems talking with his tongue. The only moment he has had any trouble talking was when he was saying the name of his fruit, but that was a gag about the fruit’s name, and it had nothing to do with his tongue. Anime does matter.
