Do you have anything that could help you as evidence? Phone logs for that day? A text message that says “by the Darth Maul m&maul shirt and I love this way, the van’s been picked up…” etc? There will be cctv from the camera, as there should be a photo shouldn’t there? See if you can get a look at that. Did you have your personal phone with you too? That may well have captured where you went and when. If you have an android phone search Google timeline If it’s an android phone open Google maps click the profile letter in the search bar, click your timeline , click on the word today and you can change the date to the date you handed the vehicle.back. it will show you where you were at the time. (Or at least where your phone was). In a case like this it’s possibly enough to prove it wasn’t you.

Darth Maul m&maul shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Do you have any proof of this? A timed & dated handover note perhaps? Was it done in front of any CCTV? Do you have the Darth Maul m&maul shirt and I love this pick-up drivers’s details (long shot but their phone location may show they were at the pick-up place at 8am)? This is a surprisingly unpleasant situation. If you say on the form you were driving when you weren’t then you are committing a much more serious offence. One that could land you in jail. Usually when you get sent a speeding fine notification you can get a photo of the car/van at the time (assuming it was a speed camera abs not a police officer). Ask to see the photo. That should show who was driving. If there is no photo, it’s going to come down to you proving that it was not you. If your company claims it was you, and have paperwork to back it up, it’s going to be a difficult fight for you.
