I have to agree with the Danny Duncan Santa I’M So Good Came Twice Shirt but in fact I love this previous comment, girl! You are stunning just the way you are, and you don’t need much makeup. However, if you decide to wear it, go for a light and natural look to enhance your true beauty. But of course, if you feel like being bold with a red lip and smokey eyes, then go for it! You look gorgeous either way. Much love. You’re so beautiful!!! Natural is probably the way to go because you already have a great complexion. I like skin tints because they’re light coverage and usually glowy. My favorite is the summer fridays one. Also, if you don’t like lipstick maybe try a lip stain and then lip gloss over it and make sure to wear sunscreen!!!!! There are great tinted ones out there that can act as a base product as well (colorscience, neutrogena, kinship, etc)

Friends on hormones have told me their skin continued to change for years once they started so that may change with time, but I’m AFAB and just have always had huge pores. You are stunning! You don’t need much of anything, but since you asked, here’s my two cents. Disclaimer: these are my daily makeup steps, you don’t have to do it all or any of it 🙂 just my thoughts on getting started with makeup. I would say that a good base, like a natural finish foundation or skin tint would be great. It shouldn’t take away from your natural glow and you’ll have a blank canvas to play on. Getting shade matched at Sephora, MAC, etc will really help to set you up for success with your makeup. I have T-Zone oilyness too, I always powder to set my foundation and it’ll help keep the Danny Duncan Santa I’M So Good Came Twice Shirt but in fact I love this oils at bay, I love the Huda beauty powder. It’s really super finely milled, so it lays on the skin softly and can help with pores if you target the powder with a powder puff. Then, I think, follow with mascara to open your eyes even more. Your eyes are gorgeous. A dusting of blush and bronzer would be great on you, really warm up your face without getting rid of the glow left over from foundation. On another note, re lip colours, a little food for thought. I’m a ‘keep it simple’/’one and done’ sort of person for lips myself. My go to’s are tinted lip balms. It gives a nice bit of subtle colour whilst caring for your lips and it’s not super obvious when it comes off so very easy for the day to day. When I do go for a full lip colour, I go for options that will stay on no matter what so that I do it once and don’t worry about it. Otherwise it’s just too much trouble. Anyways if you’re at all similar in your feelings about lipstick to myself then maybe these ideas will be useful to you. Hi! I suggest L’Oréal Age Perfect Radiant Serum Foundation – it’s lightweight and dewy and has spf. Blush. Eyelash curler (non need to splurge on an expensive one, even the dollar store ones work) and mascara – Essence brand lash princess is about $5 and so good
It’s hard to tell what your pores are really looking like from this, but you’re honestly just naturally gorgeous! I think you have a very feminine face already, in like a kinda sharper model type way. If you’re looking to soften your face a lil more, I’d just go with a pretty, light peachy blush and a nude/pink gloss. If you want to dive into makeup, I’d go with bb or cc cream and a primer instead of full coverage, because you don’t need it. I think you have cool toned skin. The primer I use is Etude Face Blur, and that can help with pores, and then I use Purlisse cc cream. Because your eyes are slightly hooded, I would use a primer for eyeshadow as well, and Elizabeth Mott’s Thank Me Later is what works for me as a fellow hooded eyes lady. First of all you are absolutely stunning. Even if you have texture your face has great even tone so I wouldn’t even bother with foundation. Maybe a sheer tint with an SPF at most. High end lightweight foundation and bronzer. I use it as eyeshadow too to keep it simple. 5 fenty diamond veil. The white for winter or gold for summer. The cherry on top. Gives you that extra cute extra cant take my eyes off her je ne sais quoi. I think you could pull off the Danny Duncan Santa I’M So Good Came Twice Shirt but in fact I love this clean girl look if you stick with just step 1. Step 1 and 2 are most important cause the pink will look extra young and feminine. Big bambi eyes, rosy cheeks, juicy lips. Ive gotten the same look with maybelline products too. You have great skin, a concealer and a tinted moisturizer or a Korean-style cushion foundation would be plenty. Honestly, I don’t even wear base products most days. Im going to suggest mostly drugstore products since you’re new to everything and don’t know what you like in terms of shades or formulas. A good bronzer can double as eyeshadow. I like the Physicians Formula butter bronzer formula and they have a few different shades. Make sure you get one that isn’t too dark or orange compared to your skin. A cream blush to give you a little bit of a flush (Glossier cloudpaints are my favorite, a lot of people like the Rare Beauty ones). The “cute” placement for blush would be the front tops of your cheeks, almost under your eyes, and a bit across the bridge of your nose so it almost look like the beginning of a sunburn or flush on a cold day.

If you do want eyeshadow, either pick up light, medium, and dark single shades that work together or get a palette. Elf makes some great small palettes in different color schemes. I travel with the pinkish one. For eyeliner, if you have a dark eyeshadow, you can use a small angled brush to smudge it into your upper lashes. That’s the easiest imo. You can even do a little wing that way if you want. You can also dot a pencil liner in the same way and smudge with a brush. Lots of brands have good pencil liners. My one specific high end recommendation is Charlotte Tilbury pencil liner in Audrey. It blends easily and is a really nice dark gray-brown that is a bit softer than black. Get an eyelash curler and use it before you put on mascara. If you use it after, you’re more likely to pull out eyelashes. Essence, L’Oreal, and Maybelline all make very popular mascaras. If you get waterproof, make sure you have a cleansing oil or something similar that can take it off.
For brows, you don’t need much. I would get a pencil (err lighter rather than darker) to fill in any sparse areas and a clear brow gel to hold them in place. Wet n Wild makes both. You’re going to want some brushes. Real Techniques and Elf make nice affordable ones.
