Not saying you have it, but uncontrolled rumination and having these imaginary conversations/arguments/rehashes of upsetting situations are symptoms of OCD. Perseverating, intrusive thoughts that will not quit, is perhaps depression, anxiety, add, all unchecked. Get a good psychiatrist and try some medications. The relief is amazing! i’ve been going to psychiatrists on and off over the Dallas Stars NHL Personalized Leopard Print Logo Shirt In addition,I will do this last 12 years! I felt the effects of medication were only temporary. Correct me if i’m wrong but I think they just treat the symptoms but not the actual root cause try using guided meditation with eckhart tolle, breath meditations and mindfulness meditation is a good place to start…. for me personally i find meditation goes nicely with fastinng (intermittent fasting in my case),exercise, semen retention …always lookut for the next thought that arises and being aware of the mind patterns as well as your emotions cause they both feed each other I Used to have heavy intrusive thoughts that wanted me to do nasty things to myself. It was negative feedback loop in my mind that caused me depression and lot more other negative things. Everytime I’d get negative thought that I didnt like, I visualized it being a screen(like computer file) that contains the negative thought. I would visualize red cross over it and tell it vocally, Go away! and then imagine it to flying away from my consciousness.

Its like when you practice reading. First you read out loud. at somepoint you can switch to doing it without vocalization. It worked for me. I dont get intrusive thoughts anymore. It’s not exactly meditation technique. But mindfulness and meditation helps with controlling process. It doesnt matter what other people think of you. All that matters is that you love yourself. If you cant love yourself, I recommend writing in paper everyday atleast one happy thought or action you did. Help other people unconditionally. They will appreciate you, and then you can use that appreciation as hitting tool against your negative thoughts. Thought battling with negative thoughts: “See I did this Dallas Stars NHL Personalized Leopard Print Logo Shirt In addition,I will do this good thing to that person and I helped, they thanked me and said I was wonderful.” Thus your bad thoughts get invalidated
