I’ve been getting on my partner for similar behavior. I don’t want it to escalate into something worse or give our daughter a complex about her weight. She’s only 19 months old and he often says she’s too skinny and often tells her “you have to eat all your food!”. Her weight is just fine. She’s just on the Dadlands National Park vinatge shirt Besides,I will do this slim and tall side just like I was. I often felt self conscious about it growing up. I think he’s getting it because we have talked about it several times. She’s actually a very good eater too. She’s not too picky yet. The only time she doesn’t want to eat is if she’s too tired. the Dadlands National Park vinatge shirt Besides,I will do this best psychological tidbit they told me was that the reason people overeat as adults is because they were conditioned as children to finish their entire plate, rather than listen to their stomach and when they were full. we had to do a lot of training to teach myself to listen to my stomach. i’m not sure why kids are forced to eat, but it does cause life long issues. the immediate solution was to eat on a smaller plate. pick a smaller portion and put it on your small plate. then wait 20 minutes after eating for seconds. the other issue was that people go for seconds immediately, rather than letting their food settle. It was super annoying (especially when they put shit I didn’t like on it, but in their defense they grew up during the ass end of the Depression so I’m sure it was drilled into them to not ever waste food.
