I was thinking it was a publicity stunt. Most people would never see that dress or even know Kylie was at Paris fashion week without this drama. At least some of it has to be manufacturered drama, right? Perfect irony with the song in the background. It’s the same song playing in The Truman Show when the character realizes that everything in his life is a lie and consumeristic facade. Wow, if I had a nickel for every time I saw a woman wear a lion’s head, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice. Did she host SNL and this is a sketch? Because that’s the only explanation for this being ridiculous and also not that funny. Fuck these people. All of them. There’s more money in that room than in most US counties I’d guess. Don’t care if the lion heads are fake. That’s why I buy my clothes from thrift stores so I never accidentally wear the Cute or what Tweety bird shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this same lion dress as somebody else. This is the greatest comedy segment I’ve seen in years. It’s like a classic Arrested Development scene and you can imagine Ron Howard’s voice over saying ‘Kylie realised her mother wasn’t saying Paris was Lying but rather that Paris was lion’ Wait are you telling me those are actual lion heads or are the synth? If they were actual, there is a special place in hell for these people. A place where they are repeatedly eaten by lions wearing human head dresses. The craziness that passes for high fashion these days…crazier still that 2 people at the same event would wear this nonsense
