I think in NYC you get 7 years for assault of an MTA worker. IDK if it works though because NYC seems to get a lot of people into custody and then release them. You are talking about niche communities where exclusive access and knowledge is not only common but necessary. In order to govern effectively you need to be able to relate to and represent your community.
