The lady who delivered my replacement pizza checked the Cleaning Captain Shirt and I will buy this pizza and said “Even I wouldn’t accept that” on the plus side that pizza delivered by her was immaculate. Airbnb the other day refused to refund me $6000 after acknowledging that one of their hosts discriminated against me lmao They literally said “we prioritize preserving the reservation” in what is the most transparent way to say “fuck you, profit over all” I’ve ever seen a support rep put into writing. Only got the refund after sending them a letter of intent to sue This happened to me 4 times in a row. I shit you not. I almost felt like I deserved it after ordering a 3rd time. I got dark, I got hateful..let it be known, I tip 25% as a standard. Now…I don’t give a fuck. I order, I get my food, and every single order I go back to customer service and say “never received it” and I get my full refund and I order it again. “You either die the hero..or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.” Suck me doordash.

Cleaning Captain Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I feel your pain, although my experiences have been with grubhub drivers straight up stealing my food, to the Cleaning Captain Shirt and I will buy this point when they sent a 2nd driver to pick it up from the place, they told the 2nd driver the 1st driver already picked it up. Ill be honest this type of shit happens all the time here in the NE in US amd its getting out of hand, bc they basically do no background checking of their drivers. Call and try to talk with an agent that understand English. Also, no, drivers can’t customize too much. Dashers are required to use common sense and get as close as possible to the door or where the customer instructed. For hand it to customer, the dasher is required to wait 5 minutes at least for a response. Dashers are required to handle the order with care (accidents are ok, as long as they’re accidents and not pure negligence or recklessness). This support agent had no clue when you were saying. Had a dasher not give me half my order and ask if I wanted her to go back to the restaurant for the missing half (would’ve taken at least 30 minutes round trip). I said no, I’ll just tag it as missing and get the rest refunded. As I’m walking back to my apartment (less than 3 minutes had gone by since she handed me the food), the order fully completes without me clicking anything in the app and I can no longer rate her or tag a single missing item to get the missing half refunded… Clearly she got in touch with support to close it before I could do anything on my end.
