This is very true. If a manager puts a passive aggressive sign up like this, I’m pretty sure they aren’t good leaders. A good leader would get to the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this root of the problem and figure out how to motivate their workers in a positive way instead of belittling them like this. These signs aren’t exemplifying that they want more staff. They’re just exemplifying that they don’t want the consequences of not having enough staff, on them. Well it’s capitalism doing what it was intended to, right? People have options for where to work. They choose to go where they’re taken care of and treated with respect. The places they refuse to compete in this way suffer staffing losses. People vote with their dollars about whether the place should stay as it is. If they don’t adapt, they go out of business. Where they get it twisted is in believing they have a right to be open. They don’t. It may be a hard pill to swallow, but as a business owner, if you’re business practices suck for everyone who isn’t you and your upper management team, then your business is likely to fail and that is your fault.

CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt: Express with Style

I wouldn’t even want to give my business to a place that puts up a sign like this with the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this passive aggressive bullshit. It’s unprofessional and obnoxious and tells me they don’t look inward at what they’re doing wrong, just blaming everyone else. Agreed. I saw a sign similar to this a couple of years ago. As I was opening the door and reading it, I went ahead and let that door close and went to a place a few doors down. No time for excuses of why you are going to suck before I even enter. Yes it says ” no one wants to work anymore “. Which is bullshit, because some staff members did show up. Way to go, demoralizing your remaining workers, with passive agressive notes like this. meanwhile, my wife’s new company not only pays her a decent salary, with benefits, they also moved up her promotion when she told them she was pregnant so she would qualify for better maternity leave and health benefits. Most people she works with have been with the company over a decade because they give good raises, bonuses and don’t screw their employees every chance they get to juice out that extra penny. The job is so good, we’ve given up our plan of moving to another state for the time being. And you know what? I’ll bet you this company is never short staffed.
For minimum wage, you can get a job pumping gas or stocking shelves very easily. What job has better schedules and bosses is the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this big difference. If every place has the same shit wage, if you’re not nice to people, they have functionally no incentive to stay there My last job paid better than my current job, but it was a fucking miserable place to work at, I was noticing myself actively dissociating while staring blankly at my computer in between customers. If I stayed there any longer I think I’d be bald within a year. I would easily choose a short staffed job with a good manager over a fully staffed job with a bad manager, all else equal. It makes such a huge difference. Signs like these are an easy cop out for a business that just wants to run with a minimal staff and overwork their employees. I work for an American Job Center. I get calls every day from employers telling me they need people, that no one wants to work anymore, then they proceed to tell me they are paying less than minimum wage (though typically only barely above it). I tell them they need to raise the wage they are offering and they act like I’m an idiot. I have tons of people coming in needing jobs, but when I say, “well, there’s also this one,” they see the terrible pay and pass. Not the person you asked, but restaurants regularly pay under minimum wage with the idea that tipping will make up for that. Now that tipping is spreading everywhere, perhaps so too is this underpaying.

Step by step to buy CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt

Pay the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this employees the proper wage so they don’t rely on tips. And it should start with regulating these businesses. It’s very easy in most of Europe. The price on the menu/label is the final price (including tax). If you have 5 eur in your pocket, you know that you can buy anything with a 5 eur label. Also when I visit US, I only tip once in a while, as long as they don’t force me to. Why don’t you guys do the same? Most of us have worked in the industry or have family and loved ones that do. It’s not fair to them to only make $2/hour There are 2 minimum wages on the books; one for labor/no tips and one for labor/with tips. They’re both considered minimum wage though no one ever talks about the $2:13 an hour servers make because of tips. It’s times like this I’m very grateful to be where I’m at. I work in general aviation and make a decent wage 20/hr, and we are regularly tipped by passengers and pilots. Especially in the summertime when large groups are coming in to go golf. It’s not unusual for me and my guys to each walk home with $50-$100+ in cash at the end of the day. Everyone who bitches and whines about these signs needs to also tell management that these signs are the reason they are leaving when they refuse to give the company their business.Yeah, but that’s only half the assignment. You gotta tell these asshats that their signs are the reason they are losing your business. It doesn’t need to be a big dramatic confrontation or explanation of your stance. Just a “well, we were going to eat here until we saw this stupid sign” then leave.
This is the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this answer. Whenever I see a sign that says “No one wants to work” the second half of that sentence, which they conveniently leave off, is “for the wages that we want to pay them.” And don’t be an asshole. All the money in the world isn’t gonna make me want to work for someone who belittles their employees or under a manager on an ego trip. “Nobody wants to work an industry that pays below a livable wage, demanding weekends and holidays be spent serving others, and incapable of maintaining health insurance and mental stability.” A local shooting range near me (large city) said they needed RSO’s (range safety officers) and nobody wants to work. Some people have no right running a business and are downright insane to think someone with those qualifications will take that job for minimum wage. Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Do we really want people making $15/hr doing such an important job? I want them to be paid well and not have a “meh” attitude lol. I was a dental assistant for a long time. The dentist I last worked for was always behind schedule because he was always talking for too long. People would get frustrated. Even though everything was prepped and ready for him he’d still be late. He kept telling patients with me standing there “sorry we’re short staffed, we can’t find any talent these days, people just don’t want to work”. He’d always be frustrated with us and stressed out he was behind schedule and often degrade and humiliate us in front of patients with these comments. I ended up quitting because he obviously did not appreciate me being there. His last assistant worked with him 14 years and he never even mentioned her let alone said anything good about her. I hate that line “nobody wants to work” it’s such a cop out. Working conditions and pay sucks ass. Making staff work over 10 hours everyday to make up for staff shortages is wrong. My husband was offered a job recently with 14 hour days 5 days a week. No wonder they need help.
Let me guess? Your boss guilt tripped you for quitting too? Classic. Sorry you had to deal with that. That is messed up. Yep there’s lots of jobs out there. They need us more than we need them! Find a place where you’re valued and appreciated. I was sympathetic & would’ve been an understanding patron. Until the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this ‘no one wants to work anymore’ that’s when I’d turn heel and go elsewhere. If the sharpie in my glovebox is any good I’d definitely write “then pay them more” That’s the point at which it loses me too. First time I saw this sign I thought, ah how nice, they’re looking out for the treatment of their staff, until I got to the end and I thought, never mind, maybe not. Ask to speak to the manager, then tell the manager you’re leaving because of the sign – it indicates they’re a terrible manager who underpays their workers. No matter what first and foremost. Don’t spend money at places like this and then they will go out of business. That’s what I thought too! The other time I saw this up, it was on a door and only lasted for a week I think. I assumed it was a temporary problem that got fixed. This sign… I mean at this point they might as well frame it. Seems clear they aren’t going to do anything else to fix the problem. Cash tips are uncommon and still claimed on taxes in the majority of restaurants. Most people just don’t carry much cash anymore.
Boomers? Maybe. Probably for sure. But I’ve had owners and managers of just about every generation do this to me and friends at jobs. My husband just opened a restaurant and in month one has already raised his lead cook’s pay. But he desperately needs a fry guy. I don’t think people don’t want that job. We came up through the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this business so we pay a real wage. But it is hard to get the word out because of places like these that blame workers for wanting to have a living wage. Funny thing is they’re the ones taking all the welfare and feeling entitled to labor. God forbid they lift a finger People want to work. It’s not just pay. They want to be treated well by supervisors AND the public. I get decent pay and my managers treat us fairly well but some days I just don’t feel like being downgraded by someone who wants the rules broken just because they didn’t read a sign properly.
Stores should have a policy where the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this pay that a non-present employee would get that day is distributed amoung the remaining workers. So if 6 people regularly work making 15 an hour but only 5 show them those 5 get 18 an hour for filling in for the absent worker. I like this idea. A good way to motivate employees to go the extra mile. And it’s not like it’s costing the employer anything extra. We were down 3 ppl on my day off yesterday and I couldn’t come in to help because I was at my 40 hrs already and they didn’t want to pay me OT. I wish your comment could be the case. Don’t worry their staff will be until 3am. And be back at 8am….. While they stroll in at 9/10am…… Do nothing for a few hours. And fuck off at 4pm again.
If I see this sign I’m walking my waiter outside and putting my tip in their pocket so their boss can’t skim it. Go forth, waiter, get yourself a gallon of milk this week. used to work at a pub for a few months as a bar back. managers would constantly schedule me above the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this amount of hours i asked to work and on days i requested off weeks in advance bc they “couldn’t find anyone”. in addition to that, I was making 5 dollars an hour, which was legal bc i was getting a percentage of the bartenders (20%) cash tips and servers (10%) card tips, which at a pub in the suburbs on a week night which is usually when they’d schedule was only around 12-20 dollars. when i finally quit, they made me feel as if I was a bad person bc they were short staffed. like no, u pay and treat me like shit. the restaurant industry has to change bc at this point with the cost of living it makes no sense for young adults/college students to slave away at these shitty paying jobs
Sometimes I want so badly to figure out which one is the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this manager, but pretend I don’t know they’re the manager and strike up a conversation like “I saw the sign up there, short today, huh? That sucks dude, I’m sorry. It’s such a snotty sign, too. I can tell the management here must treat you guys terribly if nobody wants to work here.” And just see what happens We should recruit the Karen’s of the world to work as double agents. They can pull their “I’d like to speak to the manager” card, and then berate the manager for being a crappy boss. I used to work as an ESL teacher for a shitty company for a ridiculously low wage just after I graduated. The lady who owned a business was very wealthy, both of her children on managing positions, yet she paid her teachers, people who literally represent the business, far lower the market. She forcefully withdrew money from our paychecks for birthday/women day/teacher’s day presents for herself. The day I quit (she withdrew half of my salary ‘because I got too much money the previous month’) she started a hysteria, like I am an asshole for leaving the kids behind in the middle of the academic year, I know nothing about working ethic and hygiene and no one was going to hire me. And then she posted a longread on her Instagram picturing herself as a victim, wining on how employees are toxic nowadays and unwilling to work or dedicate themselves to teaching, easily abandon their students and never care about their feelings, have no working ethics and disrespect the businesses. This shitty person driving an expensive car to her huge house in the suburban area, typing on the latest pro version iPhone, was wining on her underpaid overworked ex-employee who she left with half a salary, just enough to pay rent, on a Christmas Eve.
The world is so full of asshole business owners, I hope one day everyone quits and they will have to shut down their businesses. “Im too cheap, and can’t pay workers a decent wage, i am also going to use this as an excuse for the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this shitty service you’re about to receive” damn reading this makes me just mad bro.. and I don’t even work a restaurant job but I know how shitty the pay is and how hard these people grind.. fuck this owner Tbh if I see this shit I’m not eating at that spot. Tells me you don’t pay your staff correctly and blame them for wanting to afford to live. It’s a shame because the two places I’ve seen it at are long term community businesses that I’ve been going to for years. One of the places was owned by a very wonderful man that was always there greeting customers with a smile and knew people by name. The employees always were really happy seeming and quick to bus tables and everything too. Seemed like a great place that everyone loved. However, the owner sadly passed and his son sold the business off. It’s clear the restaurant has gone downhill under new management. Prices are going up, employee smiles are going down, and food quality is diminished. In addition to this sign, there is one of those “if you have time to lean you have time to clean” signs. Just sad to see this happening.
The worst part is this would be so acceptable if they just cut off the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this bottom. Please be nice to us, we don’t have a full staff so we are struggling too! Stop throwing adult tantrums at me. It should be a social requirement for owners to also post how much they pay their employees on these bitchy signs. “No one wants to work” is translated as “we don’t pay employees enough for it to make sense that they work here, so they find better jobs” yet when they call out (i have one call out almost every day out of 3 employees) i am the one who has to do their jobs while also doing mine IDK Shaq is pretty into Superman if I remember correctly, so I wouldn’t put it past him having a cape with a giant S on it. Dwight Howard did that in a dunk contest, and I’m fairly certain that was a big contributor to shaq hating him hahaha He has a giant, round, extra large bed with a giant faux fur, all black, blanket on it with a giant superman S symbol. Saw it on Cribs. I remember one of his Ferrari’s had Superman embroidered seats, so I’d say he’s pretty into the blue boy scout.
Jor’el Bolden is 16 years old, stands at 6-foot-5, weighs 380 pounds and wears a size 23 shoe. Because of the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this size of his feet, his mother has struggled to find shoes that fit him comfortably. Sounds like once his feet got to size 22, that was the biggest they could find. Thing is, he’s 16. He may grow a size yet… though feet usually stop growing around his age. Kid in my HS was 22, his parents where able to contact the NBA and got game worn shoes players would normally throw out after 1 game. The charity just said you would never know what player wore them. Good lord. Do players really only use their shoes for one game? Seems horribly wasteful… plus break in isn’t something to ignore. At least there’s a plan for them, I guess.
I at least understand it for NBA players, you want your equipment to be in perfect condition to give you the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this biggest edge and a full NBA game probably adds a noticeable amount of wear. Same for NFL. Their gloves (for receivers and running backs especially) need to be perfect. Every catch reduces the stickiness for the next catch. And, honestly, if my kid were getting scouted, I’d be tempted to invest in gloves to give him the best shot…maybe new gloves when scouts show up? Same. I remember getting 1 pair a year (maybe two). Can definitely have a practice pair and Game Day pair. An extra $250 to get scouted and scholarships would be well worth it. First world problems for sure. It’s still ridiculously wasteful. Even if you only do it with your starters, there are 1230 games in a season not including playoffs. 10 players a game is a whopping 12300 pairs of shoes. That’s kind of mind bogglingly wasteful. If they sell them or they get donated, it wouldn’t be an issue, but if just gets put in landfill it’d horribly wasteful. I think it’s kinda wasteful either way, but if they are going to people in need, I’m not going to complain about it too much. Still kinda strikes me as a sign of the afflence of the sport. If they are donated that’s a lot of people who might not have been able to afford comfortable shoes otherwise getting basically new shoes. I’m not mad at that.
I’m sure they have a system for breaking them in. Remember when Zion blew his shoe out in college? There’s legit reason’s for multi-million dollar a year players to want to avoid that happening in a game. Those players use those shoes to their limits with the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this running, jumping, and cutting they do. Keep in mind these are 200-300 lb athletes sprinting and stopping and cutting on a dime. They probably generate more wear in a game than my basketball shoes will see for a while the BEST physical representation for square cubed law i can think of is to tell any adult to chase a child through a series of tubes you would find in a play place and then tell me how your knees and wrists feels I can’t comprehend his proportions, I was 6’5 and 250 pounds at 16, but I wore a size 13 shoe. I just can’t imagine being the same height but 10 shoe sizes larger.
Right? I have a friend who is 6’7 and he takes a size 15. Another friend is 6’5 and takes a 12. This kid has flippers! I’m 6’4 with size 14.5 and I get lots of comments on my huge feet, but that kid makes mine look like a child’s lmao. Plus, I already have a hard time finding shoes that fit, so I can’t imagine how hard it must be for the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this kid in the post. 380 isn’t a unit, it’s obesity. Don’t care about his height. Some shitty high school coach will get him to play football and his heart will probably give out. Wholesome stuff can be on here. One of my favorite posts ever was about a soccer team helping a dead player (in casket) score one last goal. I think if you didn’t know much about Shaq it would seem kinda funny some super star basketball player hooks up a random kid with shoes with big feet. In reality he’s done tons of random acts of kindness this is very on brand for him. He also has a soft spot for the big and large, for obvious reasons, and points out how the world is not built for big peopel and if you don’t have a lot of money it’s very difficult to get basic stuff (shoes, clothes, a mattress, a car etc) Me, living in a country with European shoe sizes: “How is this a problem? I wear size 42 and can find it more or less reliably, what kind of backwater does that teen live in?”
Me, after reading that the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this “backwater” is Missouri and the American size 23 shoes are, in fact, extrapolated to roughly European size 66: “The heck is in the water in Missouri” That young man needs to get his weight under control or finding a casket big enough for him is going to become a problem before he wears those 20 pairs of shoes out. Neal, Bolden’s mother, said even as a baby, his feet were too large to fit into shoes. He wore socks for the first few months of his life, his mother, Tamika Neal, previously told USA TODAY. Yep. I was restricted to like 3 brands as a kid. Nothing like this unit’s problems, but kids wides were hard to find. Baby feet are round and pudgy, so their shoes are designed that way. If this baby was already wearing toddler or young children’s shoe sizes, they may be long enough but not wide enough. I interviewed someone named Jor-El the other day. I had to resist asking him if he could make the commute from the Fortress of Solitude. And this is not a joke . somebody check this kid for pituitary tumor. Having the largest feet in the history of mankind kind of a red flag. Its already basically impossible to find shoes at size 50 (16-17 US) can’t imagine how hard it has to be for this guy… honestly large size clothing is a real problem most normal clothes stop at 2XL and anything above is only made for overweight people. I‘ve never been able to buy clothes because I thought they look good since I‘ve been 16. Even Motorcycle helmets are impossible to get I had to try basically every single one in the store before I found one that was large enough.
Years ago I was at a bar across from the CJ Gardner-Johnson American professional football safety Philadelphia Vintage Bootleg T-Shirt moreover I will buy this Del Mar horse racetrack. The bartender had a pair of Shaq’s shoes that he had donated for a charity auction they were holding. A jockey drinking at the bar, took one, and put both his feet in it, with his shoes on, front to back, with room to spare… What good is this article. Show him wearing his size 23s vs a normal size 10 for comparison. That’s what we all really want to see. Edit: For the record, I was only half serious, facetiously playing into the common attitude around reddit about this kind of thing. Really, I just think it would have been helpful to show the size difference so readers can understand what a big deal it is to try and find such large shoes. That’s the exact line that put immunity into hibernation for a decade. Omg was this the response from Ru’s loving softball question “have you ever kissed a girl?” to KATY PERRY? I had totally forgotten about this & if I’m wrong I am still forgetting it!
