Mad respect of Biofrost. Coming out to your friends and family is already hard, let alone doing it to thousands of people when your work environment has already shown how people feel. Hopefully this Cheech Chong Rollin’ With My Homie Shirt besides I will buy this pushes teams to treat these issues more seriously and for them to be more supportive. Happy for him, everyone should be free to express themselves as who they are. Knowing how blatantly homophobic online culture is I’m sure there’s already a few people out there who see this and are now like ‘wow this guy is gay, I don’t like him anymore’ and have a weird negative view about him solely based on his sexuality. Kids playing these games online (not only league but any online multiplayer game) are using homophobic slurs and insults like f*g because they were raised by homophobic/ignorant parents that were themselves raised by homophobic/ignorant parents etc. Its a never-ending cycle. They’re not born homophobic they’re taught. Hopefully stories like his makes a few younger people feel empathy and compassion and realize that maybe their own behaviour is promoting this vicious cycle where a lot of people aren’t able to live their truth by fear of being judged/outcast/hurt. I’m hoping that slowly it helps break that generational cycle of hatred. The league community in general is full of toxic kids so I expect his post to attract its fair share of ignorance and homophobia but its oh so important because for every person like Biofrost that decides to come out publicly there are dozens of young men and women who are scared of living openly and honestly and hopefully they are able to see that they are not alone. Kudos to him

Cheech Chong Rollin’ With My Homie Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m not going to say I’m proud of him because I don’t know him personally (so it wouldn’t mean much) but I do respect him for choosing to come out. Sure, it’s not nearly as big of a deal here in the Cheech Chong Rollin’ With My Homie Shirt besides I will buy this US but given his status as an internationally accomplished, and respected, player, it’s a big deal in the context of League being a multi-national esport with presence in countries where being gay is not only unpopular but outright dangerous. Good for bio. I think a lot of us assumed this was the case but it’s great he got his thoughts and feelings out there. Always a fan of his. Great personality and great player. Cheers Biodaddy. I can now only think of that clip where DL is duoing with Bio and yelling “I’M CUMMING VINCENT!!!!” at the top of his lungs while Leena was in the background streaming and trying to have a more serious conversation with her chat who are only focused on DL since they could hear him perfectly. That moment is even better now! it’s sad to hear someone from the upper echelon of players so …..confidently state this is what the community has been like. I sincerely hope this starts a good dialogue, and not some finger pointing and carpet sweeping
