Tell them you will due it for a minimum fixed bonus at the Cat It’S Fine I’m Fine Everything Is Fine Black Cat Vintage T-Shirt moreover I love this intern manager, that is roughly per pay period the difference between current salary and the lower end for a manager. Since you will be working a lot more hours. Then if they don’t give it to you. You still have the extra pay for your effort. They will be saving a ton of money while the position is not filled. So the budget is there. If they will not give you a decent portion of that. Otherwise the fact they want you to work longer hours and a harder job for zero addition pay is pure exploitation. I did not have a boss for over a year. Me and my Co-worker did 90% of the job. Worked a lot of extra hours. Yet pay time got no extra bonus. Just got a Pathetic bonus that with my pay raise was only a cost of living increase. If they have given use even 20% of what they saved in the budget we would of been happy. I’ve done that song and dance a few times. Sure, you may find a promotion out of it eventually. But if they think they can walk all over you, they will continue doing it. I personally think it’s immoral to ask someone to take on more responsibility for no extra pay. Employers already hold enough power over us as it is already. It’s fucked up that they know they can get away with treating employees with such disrespect.

Cat It’S Fine I’m Fine Everything Is Fine Black Cat Vintage T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This is quiet hiring and exploitation. My advice is don’t take it. The extra responsibility with no extra pay is bullshit. I’ve heard additional advice where folks accept the Cat It’S Fine I’m Fine Everything Is Fine Black Cat Vintage T-Shirt moreover I love this position with similar circumstances and using their new title, they apply to jobs. I took on more responsibilities and new teams without any increase in pay. The new role gave me an opportunity to open new positions and promote people who were long overdue for new titles and more money- I was laid off several month later. That opportunity added layers of experience to my resume which has opened new employment opportunities but more importantly, I was able to help those on my team. I’m happy with the outcome. Responsibility comes with money! You pay me or I do not do the job! Never show you are a pushover. This after other interviews!
