That’s not my fault, but my coworkers see it as me kissing ass and then harass and bully me nonstop because they can’t handle not being liked the most. It’s not my fault you all have no social skills and can’t communicate what you want. It’s innate to some people. I also started working very young and worked retail/customer service for almost 10 years before entering the professional workforce so 1)I learned having a good relationship with your bosses and coworkers is more productive for the company, while my coworkers who are in their 30s and 40s cry about being intimidated by our boss or upper management. I’m also not worried about finding other work, therefore I will behave the way I want 2)”bosses” are just dumb invisible hierarchy to begin with. We are adults. No one is truly in charge or above anyone. My coworkers can barely communicate a problem with their projects or any questions they have, or even reach out for clarification on something and that’s somehow everyone else’s problem to coddle them and check up on how they’re doing.
