While working for tfl I have lost a huge amount of productive time because I have been refused access to a toilet in a station . I ended up going to wetherspoons in Highbury and Islington missing the train I was supposed to be working on and waiting at hour for it to come back. (They were allowing staff to use the toilets at West Croydon,but due to the insufficient stand time it would have been the same effect)
