When I was 28 and told my Dr I had to pee all the Burger Town Vintage Shirt and by the same token and time. 70+ year old doctor told me to ‘make sure I know where all the bathrooms are’ when I go out. She was a woman as well, which makes her judgement even more bizarre.

I told the doctor I thought it was clotted, and that it hurt like hell. She told me there’s no way, because my arm would be swollen and a different color. Go for a CTA and an ultrasound, come back and the doctor is screaming at people because I have multiple life threatening clots. Ended up staying in the hospital for like two weeks, it was fucking crazy, man. Almost lost my hand and my life over a couple of days. Went to my GP and told her I had a kidney stone. I had had 3 previous ones at that point. Test indicated blood in urine and she sent my to a urologist. He order test and then told me “well I don’t see anything. You must just be overworking yourself”. Went back to my GP. Mind you I had been taking 1/2 a pain pill once a day so I could work cutting hair. When she came in I told her what urologist said. She was mad and hubby said she needs to find me a new urologist TODAY. I was able to bring my contrast films in. He looked it over and said “You don’t have a kidney stone…” I immediately stated crying out of frustration He quickly added “…you have 3. I knew the moment you told me you had kidney stones before that that’s what it was. People who have had kidney stones know. I’m scheduling you for surgery tomorrow morning” Thankful my GP and new Urologist listened to me but the condescending prick was horrible
