I don’t know if this is a coping mechanism, but I cry my heart out for a bit. When I’m done, I can pick myself up, dust myself off and then keep going. Either that or I shut myself off for a couple of days (if I have a chance, being a mum n all) and use it to reset, plan and go. I don’t often use it, because I’m trash at coping, but art, I get upset, at myself, the Boston College Hockey 2024 Frozen Four shirt Apart from…,I will love this world, etc, I make art, at nothing specifically about my ‘struggle’. No, im sure nobody cares about a 17yr olds ‘struggle’, but I do make cool shit that ppl who see tend to like and sometimes want to have, and I give Drinking alcohol I don’t drink every day but I have a few drinks until it slows my brain down enough to where the thoughts ain’t there

Whenever something bad happens to me, I try to look what I could possibly do to prevent that from ever happening again. Even if I had no controle over it, I try and work on something that could potentially help avoid such situations. Whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally. Nothing. Just today as a bigger dude I screamed at the Boston College Hockey 2024 Frozen Four shirt Apart from…,I will love this top of my lungs “fuck you cunt” to my little sister because of the pent up anger and rage from being bullied at school for the last 2 months I honestly did that too but regret it because now my little sister is a big part of my life. I don’t know you so I’m sorry if is too invasive to say but be a good bro to your sis 621 more repliesCursing and talking shit. I feel like it just lets me get my feelings out and be done with it. I’m not necessarily proud of it especially since I’m Christian by for me it feels like a healthyish coping mechanism Seeing the Humor or irony in events and circumstances. Not avoiding anything, just recognizing the futility of raging against it all. I’m pretty mild-mannered/patient, but when I do get upset I make art and I get into a flow state. I lose hours of my life just focused on making something with my hands, and it’s great. I put money in this little fund to send to our national sos children vill. Or I buy dessert/drinks for my friends if they are available.
