Seems to me the Boston Bruins Est 1924 National Hockey League Shirt Furthermore, I will do this most common way for someone to get rich is to exploit and take advantage of those with less. Less money, education and power. Capitalism sucks. I’m starting to see that as a poor man. Not that communism or fascism is any better. The park where my brother lived did the same thing so he just left , they said his husky was a dangerous breed and he had him when he moved in Time for a good old fashioned legal action ass-whooping. Plenty of pro-bono folks willing to take this on. This is because they don’t care about the people in the community. They care about the land under the community. They’re going to make life a living hell until everyone moves. The moratorium on eviction drove out tons of small local owners and now they are all being bought up by corporations. 2/3 apartments in our small town had that happen. I know people shit on landlords but the lack of protections basically made it far too convenient to sell to big corporation who can just wait it all out and jack rents up over the next decade. I’ve definitely seen some price gouging from trailer parks but this one seems designed to vacate the park. They probably intend to sell the land off to some one (maybe even the city) and so they are designing a system where people either voluntarily leave or are bled dry before they are forced to. Sad situation

This happens CONSTANTLY in America! This is also how I grew up! … first we were sent letters about “raising the Boston Bruins Est 1924 National Hockey League Shirt Furthermore, I will do this bar” in our community. Only two of the 45 “mobile homes were legally new enough to actually be relocated (state law barred any mobile home from moving after having sit for more than ten years) and those two owners were not compensated enough to even cover the relocation cost that was almost twice the actual value of the structure itself. The biggest issue with all of this: THE LOT STILL SITS EMPTY 15 YEARS LATER!!! 2008 rolled around and the developer couldn’t afford the development any longer. We were all forced out of home and town (there was NO other affordable housing in that town) FOR AN EMPTY LOT!!!! Just like OP is dealing with it to make room FOR A LANDFILL!!! To the folks that haven’t had to deal with this, or don’t know much about it, there’s two videos that really appropriately discuss these issues and satirical or not they are worth watching!
