That’s what I thought but apparently not the Booksmart Sxsw Mash shirt and I love this case… quite a few opt just for the testicles to be removed either because that’s what they dislike or to allow for more surgery later on that needs the other tissue. The biggest reason is cause it lets you stop taking antiandrogens, most of which have undesirable side effects. And orchi only costs 1-2k vs. 30-60k for a vaginoplasty. Edit: realized most cis people wouldn’t know what I’m talking about. It’s called an Orchiectomy, and people (mostly trans women) do it because either balls are more dysphoric, or because vaginoplasty has higher medical risks. Clits and dicks are made of the same tissues, and for many people that’s enough to stop there. There’s loads of different bottom surgery options, including “nothing at all.” (An Orchiectomy can also be performed in the case of testicular torsion, aka when the balls become twisted around each other in the scrotum)

Would you want to keep the Booksmart Sxsw Mash shirt and I love this balls attached, if you had the option? Or do you think aesthetically it would look better to have it all removed? Yeah, like with your dick gone you fulfil the ‘can’t bang the concubines’ part so they wouldn’t have to take the balls as well, but it’s gonna look kind of weird to keep ‘em and they’re not really doing anything for you, although I guess your hormones might get out of whack without them. It’s a real Sophie’s choice. I mean, if balls could be removed without affecting testosterone and reproduction, yeah, I’d imagine many people would have them removed. Aside for the two things mentioned earlier, all they serve is to give you an exceptionally weak target for people to attack.
