Sorry you dealing with this OP. The problem is once you retaliate, you open the door to having your car being fucked with as soon as you walk away. People do shit like this because they know it leaves you in a bad spot with how you can respond. We are dealing with the same issue, but the person parking in that spot doesn’t even live in the unit they are parking in. They used to steal ours, until we threatened towing. If you have any friends, it really doesn’t take that many people to move a vehicle of that size. It looks like a short distance between their car and their front door as well… At least you talked to them about it. If it violates your lease agreement, you would start putting your rent in escrow until the issue is rectified.
